Ordered through app tonight. Burritos were smaller than taco bell bean burritos. Highly disappointed with this order. Normally they are the best in the springs. Tonight was a different story. Ordering late expect to be disappointed. Such a shame for a place that was always 5 stars in the past now slipping down hill with a over priced tiny burritos. Qdoba might be my next go to if this is what is to be expected. 15yr+ customer. See pics napkin to scale

Absolutely the best staff I have ever met in a chipotle. I go there for my lunches and they hook me up every single time with the best service and food. The manager Cheyenne is super sweet and friendly and so are all the other employees! Would highly recommend this location to anybody in the area.

Ordered a steak burrito with guac. There was little guac left and the kid who was filling my burrito gave me half a spoon full. He scraped the bottom of the tin for the absolute scraps that were left and threw it on. Seeing no problem he says, “steak burrito with guac.” As if I didn’t just get a quarter of the guac serving. I said, “are you seriously gonna charge me for that?” And he just stared at me as if he was lost. And mind you there were like 2 people behind me in line and I would have gladly waited for new guac to have been made. Anyways I paid an extra $2.50 for pretty much nothing and am very annoyed at the staffing at this establishment. There were 6 people working there and one person was working the line while the rest were chatting behind the grill. Not even grilling or filling out online orders. Just sitting there. I am only writing a review because this has happened multiple times now. Moral of the story is: if the teenage white kid with black hair and acne is fulfilling your order, you might as well just go to Cane’s as I’ll be doing from now on.

I come to this location weekly. There was not a wait, I started to place my order, the gentleman said we needed to wait for a minute for rice even though it was sitting on the counter behind him, the girl that was helping with the toppings told him to just prepare the rest and put the rice on top, I told her I didn’t want it that way and that’s when the attitudes started, I apologized saying I don’t want to be that customer and the guy that was helping the girl package and run the register said Yeah we get that all time very rudely and some other rude comments under his breath, i then asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager, my response is he is a sad excuse for a manager talking to paying customers and being extremely rude. While your manager cooking the meat, shrugged his shoulders and went about his business. I told him I know the area director and he said good so do I. This is who you have representing your company? It is absolutely unacceptable how rude your staff was this evening!!!!! I will not ever go back to your establishment, and let everyone know don’t go to that location!

Only two years ago they started charging for the tortilla on the side when ordering a bowl, and now they’ve doubled the price of the tortilla? And don’t tell you that it’s extra when ordering? Skimpy on the meat and overly generous with the lettuce and sour cream. No hate to the employees I’m sure it’s all protocol but sad to see a formerly decent place become kind of a ripoff.

I got the veggie bowl. I asked for pinto beans. The kid gave me maybe 3 tablespoons of beans, and then I asked for the fajita mix. Again, he gave me very little. I was not happy at all. The next girl asked me what I wanted, and I told her that it was a joke. The amount of beans and fajita mix he gave me. Then she asked me what I wanted, and I told her the fajita mix. I didn’t even get beans out of my mouth. She handed the kid my bowl, and he gave me a decent amount. I didn’t get more beans because I was ignored. My bowl was way smaller than all of the others. So yes, I was totally disappointed.

This location is on the ball. Chipotle is the star player in the strip mall parking lot. The parking lot surrounding the location is the only defect. Inside the building is clean, and professionally lit with a nice ambient glow. The furniture is modern economic, not over plush, but just right. There was a consistent stream of customers after 8pm-9pm further supporting my opinion that this is a good location to enjoy dinner. I ate the entire bowl, because it would not stop tasting great. I will return to eat here asap.

Was in chipolte today for lunch and visited the men’s room and noticed the soap dispenser wasn’t working. The same dispenser wasn’t working last week either. Isn’t that a health issue? Spoke to the manager on duty and she said she’d take care of it. Lets hope so.

I love me some Chipotle! This was my first time at this location. The store appeared to be clean, organized, and only one person ahead of me ordering. When it was my turn, a young woman asked me what I wanted to order. She didn’t smile, wasn’t friendly, and was rushing me to order despite the fact that I was literally the only person there at the time. I ordered a kid’s quesadilla plate with a side of rice for my son. She put such a small portion on his plate, so I asked her for a little more rice, she rolled her eyes, sighed and literally put half of a teaspoon more on my son’s plate. She clearly didn’t want to be there. Our food was hot and tasted great. I would’ve had a great visit if the customer service I received was friendly and welcoming.
