Uh… my food arrived half-eaten, cold, and stale. And it’s missing things from my order so I don’t even think this was supposed to be mine. Literaly I think someone sent me their leftovers from lunch and that’s appalling. When I called the location, even though it was nearly an hour before closing time, no one answered the phone. Unsurprisingly, their voice-mail was full so I couldn’t even talk to someone. Never had a worse food experience except for the time wendeys gave me food with a bunch of hair in it.

Yesterday was the first day of college for my son and he suggested to go to chipotle after his classes. We stopped by at this location (Democracy Pl) and this is what we found: they put very little guacamole and shredded cheese on purpose, because every time you ask them to add a little bit more, they charge you extra $2.50 per request. We ended up paying $46 for 2 people for salad bowls and 1 drink. Be aware!

I have been to many a Chipotle in the Colorado Springs area. This store sets the standard for what a Chipotle should be. Let all other Chipotle restaurants take heed and learn what quality food and excellent service and fresh ingredients should be from this location. Surely I haven’t experienced such a wonderful meal from a Chipotle in this year!! Let the halls of Valhalla sing of the glory of the goodness of this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Yes the parking lot may be small but their food more than makes up and it is worth fighting for the parking just to taste a morsel of their barbacoa and burrito. I pray I can return quickly and feast once again!!!

I’ve been here twice- this location is just as bad as the reviews say it is. The parking lot is a nightmare- almost no parking and when it’s busy, there is barely room to navigate it even to get to the drive up window because cars are parallel parked around the entire perimeter. Due to the complete lack of parking spots tonight, I decided to place an order online and go through the line. I went to pick up my order and they couldn’t find my order. They finally found it and told me they were behind on orders, so I needed to get out of line and get back in 10 minutes or so…which I did. There were probably 4 cars in line and I waited another 10 minutes- they were likely still behind on orders. The portions were much smaller than at other locations. I had maybe a tablespoon of rice for an entire bowl, almost no cheese or salsa, and it was missing the lettuce entirely. The beans had no seasoning. My son’s burrito was tiny and filled almost entirely with rice (and almost no other ingredients). The picture is what the bowl looked like upon opening the lid- it hadn’t been touched otherwise. I won’t be visiting this location again. The location on Union is always phenomenal, tastes amazing, and MUCH quicker!

They have no clue what they are doing here. None. Ordered 3 meals on line for pick up. Got a time of 8:40pm. Got there at 8:45. Waited in the digital pick up line. Didn’t move an inch. Sent my kids inside to get our very simple to-go orders. They waited another 15 mins. The order finally came out at 9:15. Or 35 mins after they promised. I went inside as well …was a Chinese Fire Drill in there…tons of people waiting on their orders. Fire everyone. Close down for a week. Reopen with competent employees. My suggestion.

Chipotle on Interquest appears to have sub-par reviews and after my experience, I see why. The person getting the chips slammed the bag down and I asked is she would get me another bag. This obviously offended her, because she did it again. The gentleman behind me told her that the chips at the bottom break when you slam the bag on the counter. She did it again stating this is what she always does. Well, I said I would report her for her obstinate attitude. She told me I could report her to her manager (stay turned for this cluster). Apparently she told the manager I was rude to her (which was false) and he came after me to query me on incident. I said I would call into corporate because SHE was rude…so, he did a managerial call and barred me from his store (no worries, didn’t want to go there anyway, but wanted to try the new location). I guess the customer isn’t always right….especially when the employee doesn’t tell the manager the complete and truthful series of events.
