Every single time without fail, that I order for pick up. I pay about 14 or more for extra rice and or double chicken and receive maybe a half of a filled bowl. I will even tip the employees to see if this makes any difference and it does not. Do not expect to get a full portion or your moneys worth when going to this location. Food is usually very cold even if I got there right on time for pick up as well. Very disappointed.

Please do better! We have such a hard time with consistency at most Chipotles anymore. Our burritos are tiny and not even rolled properly. We understand that there may be short staffed and we are definitely willing to wait for quality prepared food. We get sour faces if we ask for what was a regular portion of rice, beans, and meat. What a bummer.

First let me start by I hate leaving reviews. However this I feel is important seeing that I did not get what I paid for. I ordered 3 entree and only 1 of them were correct. I’ll start this with I was missing an item from my order which I figured was just a simple mistake so I went back through the line for my missing item. I get home start eating and realize I didn’t get at all what I ordered. I ordered just a simple chicken burrito with black beans, brown rice, Pico, light red salsa, sour cream and extra cheese. What I got was an burrito filled with rice maybe 3 pieces of chicken, very very little black beans and Pico, NO CHEESE AND NO SOUR CREAM. It was extremely hard to eat bc it was basically rice and tortilla. I also ordered a kids meal chicken quesadilla with pinto beans and brown rice and instead of pinto beans we got black beans. This wasn’t at the end of the night when you would expect items to be low it was at 5:40 at the beginning of dinner rush. I’m dissatisfied and would rather drive to Thornton than this location to ensure I get all the things I ordered. The biggest reason I wrote this review is this is not the first time I’ve felt that I’ve been ripped off here. 1 star is because only 1 item was correct. Do better. I took photos as I ate the burrito to show the lack of ingredients.

My order pickup was at 9:10 the order was not ready until 9:25 I brought this up to the cashier and asked if she could comp me a drink for the wait, she seemed offended and rudly told me no and about how understaffed they were. She handed me my bag and I left. When I opened my bag I found order was wrong. I had ordered crispy tacos I got got soft, I had also ordered a side of guacamole which was left off, I had used my app points to order the side.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this had to be my most disappointing Chipotle experience ever and I LOVE Chipotle. The older lady working the line was clearly inconvenienced by having to do her job. She was not friendly whatsoever and acted annoyed when my husband asked for cheese on his burrito. We ordered a large chips and salsa and she again acted annoyed by having to put the salsa in a cup and she only filled it about halfway. The white rice was undercooked so it was still a little hard and they put WAY too much cilantro in it this time. Not a great experience and from these reviews it looks like I’m not the only one and clearly management doesn’t care. Sad!

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken. It literally came with everything accept chicken! I dug around thinking maybe it was all hidden underneath the rice. There were literally like 4 little pieces of chicken in the whole damn bowl! Wasted my money and time! I spent $14 in delivery fees to not even recieve what I ordered!

The good: I’ve been to this location twice recently when it was near closing time. Being the only Chipotle in a good distance, it is always busy until 10pm. Even with closing coming and a full line, they were courteous and friendly both times, and even offered me a free small drink when the barq’s root beer I wanted was out of order.

Foods good and people are friendly enough. My only complaint is that if I order online for pickup or delivery it is almost always wrong and I only get about half the serving I would normally get if I go in and order at the counter. Quit ordering online for this reason. I would probably eat a lot more chipotle if this wasn’t an issue but because it is, I hardly eat here anymore.
