The store was dirty. The help was friendly, but very much uninterested in the customer experience. We cleaned our own table and chairs, and we’re sorry for the $40 bucks we spent on the food that in reality was only about ten bucks worth of good. I am from out of town here, and maybe it’s just the way of things in general, but such a scenario would not be tolerated where I am from. Hope this helps as what we expected and what we experienced were two very different things. Fyi.

Out of: chicken, fajita peppers, sour cream, cheese , guacamole, hard taco shells, salad dressing, hot salsa, bottles of hot sauce and paper towels in the bathrooms. No music. And it wasn’t even busy. Dining room was completely disheveled with chairs just randomly strewn. Do not ever ever come here; the reviews are real!!!!

Extremely unprofessional service. I ordered a a couple of bowls for pickup and they were completely wrong, missing multiple things. I spoke to two women on the phone, one answered in Spanish extremely unprofessional. The other one wasn’t even sure if she was the manager when I asked for one. She then put me on hold, I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before I hung up. I don’t recommend this location and I would hope that staff is trained better in the future to handle these situations correctly and efficiently. Date: 07/16 Time of order 8pm.

It’s a Chipotle. What do you expect. The food will be the same as any other. It’s the people that make it unique. It’s a very clean store. A little limited in seating. During the lunch rush our it can get packed but still manageable. People are friendly and tentative.

This is the worst location I have been to for chipotle. The staff are incompetent and oblivious to anything and everything. It seems that if you do not speak Spanish or are not Hispanic then the staff absolutely do not even want to help you or ever care about making your food right. My wife went in to get some lunch which was made wrong, portioned improperly and the staff always seems to argue with her about about everything. She asked for a soft drink to go along with her food and instead of getting a soft drink the lady ringing her up , Vanessa, threw a bottle of milk on not the bag. My wife told her she didn’t want milk and instead of the lady apologizing and making it right, she continued to argue with my wife about what she ordered and then speaking badly about my wife in Spanish to her co workers on the front counter. Completely unprofessional and chipotle should be ashamed of this location.

Out of guac. None of the fountain drinks work. Rude, ignorant, and careless staff. Dirty tables. No spoons. Said they were out of chipotle sauce – saw them give it to the next customer. Not all on the staff chipotle overall needs to be better.

Food tasted decent, but the guy rolling my burrito didn’t even really try. (Normal burrito not overloaded or anything) I heard the other customers complain about the same thing, and we all had to use a fork to eat our meals.

I love the sofritas burrito bowl as a filling and healthy vegetarian option. About 20% of the time the lettuce is a little gross looking so I usually eyeball it and pick around the lettuce just a bit to make sure. Always fast service, even in the lunch rush though.

Great customer service and we were in and out in 5 minutes despite the busy lunch rush. My food was delicious and I would definitely go back. There was an impatient man in line in front of us who was very rude to the staff and they were professional in dealing with him and not letting him antagonize them too much. The manager even met the man at the register and talked through his issue with him and listened to his concerns despite his determination to be rude to her. Professional staff and great food.
