We came to Chipotle after a yoga class (Thurs night around 820p). The staff is nice but they seemed to be out of items and there was still so many people coming in for food. The lady in front of us wanted lettuce on her bowls but was told they were out of lettuce. Well, my husband wanted a salad and I thought he would have been told they were out of lettuce but they did have “salad lettuce.” Ok, not really sure why there’s a difference but at least the hubs got his salad.

I should’ve read the comments first before going here. If you want to be robbed then feel free to visit this establishment. The food was skimp and customer service even worse. We got charged for double protein but never asked nor received double chicken. When I told her we didn’t order double meant, she claimed that we did and there was nothing she was going to do about it. She then asked a young man, that didn’t even make our bowl, if he put double scoops and he looked dumbfounded. No response. After that her story changed to “she saw him get double meat” and that was not correct either because she was at the cash register! So I asked how could she see both the register and the very end station at the same time? After her saying she wasn’t going to do anything, I asked for a manager and she claimed they didn’t have one nor a number to be reached at. She did offer 1800-Chipotle though lol I assumed she thought I was a kid but that I am not. Then I turned around to ask her for the store number and her name, Erica by the way(or maybe she lied about that as well), she was telling the whole staff and customers what my issue was. Awful customer service and if you want to get treated bad, embarrassed AND robbed of your money, by all means enjoy your lunch or dinner here. Never again.

There were 4 door dash drivers not being acknowledged so I asked if this is where i should be for door dash orders. The manager said “one moment” without answering my question. I then stoodbin front of the cash register because we again were being completely ignored and I wasn’t sure if we were in the right spot. When I did, she rudely asked if I could move over so the customers can pay. am I not a customer??? I was being ignored for 5 minutes!!! we only make $5 an order why are we expected to wait Instead of the employee taking turns taking care of who came in or needs to be helped next?

Cashier had gloves on and would switch from cashier to putting toppings on people’s order with the same dirty gloves. Very unsanitary. If you are going to help the server put on clean gloves. Hope I don’t get sick.

I’m giving a 5 for this poor staff! Sunday night and they are slammed with online orders. Walk in customers are waiting in line but they can’t serve them because they have to prioritize online orders. They put a sign on the door saying they are closed and only handling online orders. The people in line are pissed and attacking the staff. Staff is crying. It’s apparent the staff has no ability to turn off online orders to catch up. So… this is a message to the management of this restaurant. Give these poor people a break! If they are understaffed then support them to manage a reasonable volume. I see other reviews of them being short on ingredients. Please remember this is not the fault of the people who work there. This is poor management of this restaurant. You can’t retain staff with working conditions like this.
