I did an online order for a kid’s quesadilla and opened the box to find a small burnt piece of tortilla with nothing inside of it. This is the worst chipotle. The employees don’t care and do whatever they want. Poorly ran and super gross inside the restaurant.

Terrible Chipotle. They never have online orders ready on time, constantly out of basic ingredients like Guacamole and Rice. I got food poisoning from there and they have poor food safety standards like not wearing gloves, picking their nose, and then working the grill. Never order from here.

We waited for 20 minutes in line. When we got to place our order, they ran out of rice. They said it would be 10 minutes till they had any rice and pretty much hurried us through the line. You could tell there were no managers around. Just a bunch of employees not caring about the customers. Never heard of a Chipotle running out of rice. I guess there is a first time for everything.

Should have read the reviews before ordering here. Ordered a burrito and a bowl, and they managed to put some of the ingredients for the burrito in the bowl and some of what was supposed to be in the bowl ended up in the burrito, so couldn’t even empty the burrito and wrap what was in the bowl. Receipt listed everything correctly. Sloppy and inattentive to detail

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so disappointed I had to. I live between 3 Chipotle restaurants in Lakewood and this is the worst. I’ve been 4 times and every time they’ve been out of something. This time was no different. always dirty in here, never get my food on time even when I order ahead. got my order wrong bc they ran out of items and didn’t make mine on time, also added items i didn’t request. looks like it’s a bunch of teenagers with no guidance so they just goof off. I wish them the best and hope they start taking their jobs seriously.
