I just read another reviewers post about the restaurant leaving out the most important ingredient of their burrito bowl delivery: the meat. Hilariously, I also ordered two bowls. And they ONLY sent the meat. No rice, beans, or veggies. I don’t know how you mess up that badly.

Beware if you’re ordering online – 12/23/22 at 6pm I ordered on the app and picked up the meals. Came home and NO STEAK in my burrito bowl. The How do you completely leave out the most important and most expensive part of the meal?! What a disappointment. You also can’t call the restaurant to speak to a manager because everything is automated so no one gets reprimanded. Picture is after I mixed everything together searching for the protein.

I am a customer for many and I have never been treated as poorly as I am today, the girl at the cashier was completely impolite, as I asked her for a fork so I could eat, as there were none in the indicated place. I waited for her to serve 2 customers and asked again for a fork. She left the counter, opened the cabinet and threw the box on top of the counter, a totally absurd attitude. I hope I have contributed so that I and the next customers do not go through a similar situation.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered my food HOURS in advance and when I showed up at 3:15 to pick up my food they didn’t have it. They continued to look for my order for another 10 minutes and once they found it they continued to THEN MADE ANOTHER TO GO ORDER for someone who hadn’t arrived yet right in front of me before making mine. They then forgot my drink. And yes I did verify that it was the correct address
