Ever ordered Guac and received half an avocado? I have! See picture. Let me start by saying I was trying the new “Hack” where you order a taco with all the extras on the side and add a tortilla for $.40. The idea being you can create a full burrito from the sides and taco fillings. I deliberately ordered a side of chips and guac as a failsafe in case this “hack” failed. Which it did. I can accept that I got what I paid for regarding my “Taco”, but it seems like this staff has a twisted sense of humor with this situation and wanted to make me suffer on the chips and guac as well. Really it isn’t their issue to deal with. If Chipotle allows this to happen on their online order system, the store should give the customer what they ordered. Not impressed!

This location has steadily declined in both service and quality, I have had several poor experiences in the last couple of months with both poor service, unfriendly and undertrained and poor quality food. I am also concerned with the food safety of this location as I have observed several violations and many other concerning conditions.

I am a daily eater at Chipotle, but this location is just not worth it. They were selling kids meals with no fruit or chips in stock without previous notice. The actitud they had was a deal with it. Kids got a side of guacamole and even though not fruit or chips was provided, they had no issue charging for it. This place needs new management very badly.
