I placed an online order for a salad with double chicken . It literally came halfway empty and barely any chicken for a regular meal , forget about double the meat which I paid additional for. They literally just threw it together and it’s cold. This isnt the first time either. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE..THEY DO NOT CARE.

It’s so bad. Every single time I go here, they mess up more than once. Whether it’s forgetting something or making a burrito that is only half of what I ordered, it’s just terrible. Chipotle is great, but this one sucks, REALLY BAD.

Spent ~$300 on a catering order this last Saturday for 20 ppl. I called in advance and was told the order would be ready before 4. Arrived at 4:30 and it was not ready or packed. Went through the order while there and the tortillas were missing. Also, veggie and some meat portions seemed abnormally small (see barbacoa photo) and I was told they weighed 10 oz per company policy. When I arrived home, I noticed the taco shells were all broken and the guacamole was very rancid. It tasted sour and looked brown (see photo). I had guests arriving at 5pm and tried to call at least a dozen times within a half hour of picking up my food to request a replacement—no one ever answered. I’m so disappointed with the quality of the food , potion sizes ( it as pictured), and the poor attention to detail for such a high priced order. I do not recommend.

I’ve never seen a chipotle with such poor ratings. Was hard to believe, as they are typically extremely consistent. Stopped by this one at about 9:20 and they were out of all meats, and weren’t making anymore today. Wild, seeing as they don’t close until 10 and there was several people in there.

This used to be my preferable Chipotle but it’s gone seriously downhill. For the last 6 months there’s been no dressing and rarely guacamole. Every time I ask about dressing I’m told the blender is broken?!?! Seriously, not only can you still the dressing but there’s a target just across the parking lot – they sell blenders AND avocados!! There seems to be a ton of staff behind the counter and tables are always dirty. Going to a different Chipotle from now on

This chipotle is comparable to raw sewage. ordered a bowl online, went to pick it up, and they said they never got the order and told me there was nothing they could do about it, even thought i got the order confirmation. The manager asked me to leave after asking for a free bowl in replacement for the one i ordered in a very rude manner. Maybe this chipotle would be more desirable if it wasn’t run by high school students and utter morons.

I’m a doordasher. I went to go pick up my 2 orders, my first order was all good, set and ready to go. Then there was my second order. The blonde girl working in the TO GO section acknowledged me, KNEW I was WAITING for another order. She acknowledged me MANY MANY times and I told her and showed her the order. Okay cool. I see that it’s busy and all, so okay cool, imma sit and wait. Minutes and minutes go by nothing. Okay cool so at this point I’m still waiting. 25 MINUTES GO BY she then comes around and asks “What order are you waiting for?” I then show her and tell her again. Then she’s like “we made it a long time ago, someone probably stole it, so we’re going to remake it.” I said okay cool. So I’m waiting about 8 minutes now for it to be done… she KNOWS and SEES HOW SMALL I AM, I’m very short. WHEN SHES DONE MAKING THE ORDER SHE KNOWS IM WAITING FOR IT, SHE PUTS THE ORDER ON THE HIGHEST SHELF POSSIBLE TO THE POINT WHERE I CANT REACH. So at this point I’m livid. My orders were delivered late… not to mention she’s just walking around doesn’t bother to ask me after that 25 minutes… SO SERIOUSLY DO BETTER.

I got a bowl with guacamole, they gave a lot of guacamole which is unusual for Chipotle! As I eat my first bite, guacamole was black, smelling very bad and ruined the taste altogether. If you guys have excess gauc sitting for weeks just throw it in the trash not in the food please. This really ruined my experience. People were nice, no issue there.

This location has serious problems with cleanliness. I have avoided this location for over 6 months and just decided to give it another try. They can clearly see the dirty tables, empty napkin dispensers, overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, food on the floors and around the register. When asking staff to clean a table off they roll their eyes. Granted staffing is a challenge and this location gets lots of high school kids that make a mess, but the staff doesn’t care to keep it clean. This is shown by how the lettuce and cheese are all over next to the register.

This location is perpetually slow, is always out of multiple items, and has very rude customer service. The manager in particular was incredibly dismissive and made it clear that mobile orders will always be a higher priority than those of us who stand in line for 30+ minutes. I will be finding another location from now on.
