This place is a joke. The meat portions Should be weighed, if there gonna be that Stingey. 8 clock Thursday Aug 3, I don’t get much other then meat Pico and Lettuce, the only lady there most likely the shift lead said were out.. so I said kindly ill wait, she responds with the most negative attitude I have ever witnessed in person, she says pshh that’s gonna be 20min..pretty much Implying, I wasn’t gonna get any so I paid for rice and meat, will never return here.

got a bowl with meat and they barely put any meat, it wasn’t even a spoonful worth so i asked them to put a little more to make it an actual portion and they did but then charged me for double protein. it’s frustrating because i didn’t even get two portions of meat but i was charged for it and when i brought it up the cashier didn’t say anything and kept it. payed $20 for a regular chipotle bowl with one serving. then witnessed some guys come in and make complains as well. came in 8pm on 5/18

Barely any meat put on. Always out of half of the items on the make table. Service is lacking. Today there was no carnitas, no corn, no queso, not even a lid available for my bowl. Last time, no corn, no fajitas, no chips, no barbacoa. The time before that, no sour cream, no corn, no pico de Gallo. The first time, chalked it up to a fluke. Second time, decided not to come back for a while. 6 months later, this is still a problem and I’ve learned my lesson with this location. Why are four people on the make table and no one in the back cooking at 7:30 on a Friday? Poor management. Love chipotle, hate this location. Have no plans on returning.

Absolutely wonderful staff. I forgot to ask their names, but the team that worked the 3/23 evening shift were thoughtful and patient as I placed a large order. Then when I came back that evening, because I had made a mistake with the order, they helped me right away without hesitation or judgment. I can’t express how kind they are and made me feel welcome. It was only two young adults working and upon entering they didn’t greet us. Also they were out of corn and pico de gallo. They also had no fresh guac. It was brown. I was pretty disappointed as I was ready for dinner.

The burrito I ended up getting was half the size it was when it started. They finally managed to double wrap it after throwing away three tortillas. The ingredients I got were mad reasonable too; typically single wrapped no problem. Not sure how you have people working at Chipotle who don’t know how to wrap a burrito.
