Tonight was our first time doing an online order at this location and I have to say it was without doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with Chipotle and had to throw my steak fajita bowl out when I got home and opened it. To start, both my wife’s steak fajita bowl and mine as well were missing sour cream and fajita veggies. I ordered (and paid for) double steak to which I did not get that either. They may have put three pieces of lettuce in my bowl also. There was soooo much red salsa in my bowl that it gave the whole meal a weird texture with a bunch of water sitting on the bottom. I tried to call the restaurant at least six times to speak to a manager about our order, but nobody ever picked up. Instead we got a recorded male’s voice. And we tipped well….. $ 42.00 completely wasted !!! I would not recommend this location to anybody, especially now that I see other reviews have basically the same complaints.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE! This was by far the most pathetic burrito I have ever received from any Chipotle! It was an online order with roughly half scoops of every ingredient. And this was no mistake because my wife got the exact same thing with half scoops. The only thing I can say positive that deserves the 1 star is that the order was surprisingly correct (assuming 3 pieces of lettuce in each burrito counts)…

Over the years this place redeemed itself and they have the best employees and “scoopers”. Though today I come in during dinner rush I guess and they only have 2 people working. Line is wrapped around the store. I feel like during a dinner rush you should have more than 2 people.

Typical Chipotle policy is to let Guac and chip orders not wait in line…. Not this entitled manager.. Who claims “Not at her store” and won’t even tell me her name when asked. Obviously is used to getting negative reviews online. She needs to stay far away from food service. Chipotle corporate please take note, this store and manager are a terrible representation of your company and food establishments in general.

Ordered online and arrived a few minutes after the order was to be ready. Order wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes. When we were handed the bag, we counted the items and a burrito was missing. I notified the staff and they acted like this was shocking to them. It took the staff a few minutes to figure out which of the 5 burritos wasn’t there.

If I could give zero starts I would! Who ever was the GM on the floor today and the employees working today also are the rudest Chipotle staff we have ever come across! They are VERY STINGY with their portions and we have to ask for extra things just to get what would normally be regular portions!! And when we ask for extra we get attitude from employees they deny our request, my husband asked for the GM and the GM was worse than the employees this is absolutely ridiculous! Also in the past we’ve gotten military discount and today my husband was told that it’s only for police ?? Anyway my husband had to get in an argument with them just to get normal portion sizes which we eventually got because the sizes they were giving were extremely small a complete rip off. Never coming to this location again! Very disappointed! There is zero customer service in this place.

Came into the store while the employees were cleaning, it’s 30 minutes to close. Walk up to the counter and all three employees continue to clean, with no acknowledgment. Wait a minute to see if they would greet me and they continue to act like I’m not there. Made eye contact with the employees as well. Still nothing. So I let your employees know that they’re doing a terrible job. Also, your employees shouldn’t be spraying chemicals in the food area when food is out when they’re cleaning. Food is to be properly covered and placed in your refrigerator before spraying any chemicals. That’s a health violation! Not coming to this store ever again! Worse service and if you got food from here and feel sick. You know why!

I don’t recommend this chipotle at all. I’ve gone here about 5 times and everytime there is something wrong with the rice. Someone please get them a new rice cooker or give them the correct process. The most recent time I went was a few hours ago and the girl attending me had horrible service. Anything i asked for seemed like a drag, she kept huffing and puffing as if I was asking her to walk a mile to scoop each ingredient. Unfortunately, I didn’t play close enough attention before I left and I got charged for 2 steak bowls when I had actually ordered 3 chicken bowls and one steak burrito. Will not be returning. I have given them more than a fair chance and they keep disappointing every time. But please, someone fix their rice!

We have been customers for a few years now. At first it was good. Lately, our on line orders have been missing things and we order extra sides of guacamole and chips to find the containers half full. We pick up expecting it to be correct but if you don’t open the containers, you may be getting the 1/2 orders as well. Never any acknowledgement from staff when entering even if they are not busy! Really went downhill lately. We will find another one elsewhere and see how they are.too bad since they are so close.
