This store is the definition of uncaring. I placed an online order with them for a veggie bowl. I was so hungry I considered eating it but not only did they give me a burrito instead of a bowl they put steak in the burrito. Typically this would be a win for someone that eats meat but I do not and have not for years. How can you mess up an order this badly? Crazy thing is they even have a sticker of the order on the burrito and still got it wrong. Pictures attached! Must see.

Well, I was feeling extra hungry today. So I ordered some chipotle for myself. I waited until the time for pick up, and I left in my vehicle. My stomach became more and more excited for this meal, when all of a sudden I arrived. I stepped out of the car, thinking about all the precious memories me and this meal were about to make. To my surprise, the rack they usually keep the bags on did not hold MY bag. My worries we’re quickly washed away as the kind staff reassured me they would remake my order asap. So, they did. I felt all warm and fuzzy inside, as they scooped the beans and rice. They made my order and I thanked them, leaving the establishment where dreams are made. I got back into my vehicle, breaking every law of the road to speedily make my way to eat my food. All of a sudden I was home. As I sank my teeth into the delicious, warm food I nearly cried tears of joy. The staff was kind, my food was not cold whatsoever, and I ate every last grain of rice there was to offer. Thank you for the life changing, unforgettable delicious experience I have been blessed with today! Thank you chipotle!!!!!!

The carnitas was delicious but what stood out about this particular Chipotle experience was the service. This team of professionals was kind, courteous and excellent at interacting with their customers. They worked as a team and made me remember what eating out used to feel like. Usually ok but today someone must have poured a bucket of salt in our burrito bowls! Couldn’t finish it and threw half of the bowl away. I’m still hungry . Will choose a different location going forward. My order was stolen once at the 52nd and Wadsworth location but at least they remade it!

Everyone I talked to was super helpful very friendly and it was just an over all wonderful experience absolutely delicious burrito with ingredients evenly spread throughout as to have a little bit of everything in every bite

Last Thursday night around 9pm standing in line ordering our food and all of a sudden we hear an irate man screaming multiple F words at his employees. The entire place witnessed some crazy man going off on everybody. F this, F you, F yourself, leave me the F alone, etc. but all while screaming and yelling. Saw a couple of young guys walk out of the office with smirks and grins on their faces. No one apologized to us or any of the other customers. The place was disgusting and not being kept properly. It’s really disappointing because Chipotle’s food is so delicious but I don’t like hearing some angry man shouting the F word like it’s a Scorsese film.

I live down the street from this chipotle and I usually do not ever write bad reviews, I work in the service industry myself but every time I come here I have a horrible experience. All the staff are young and extremely rude. Once I was given raw chicken when I bit into my burrito. Came back and the staff was upset with ME! I try to give this place a chance time after time and at this point I think they need to train their staff to be more pleasant and not give attitude anytime you ask for extra protein or ask for your food to be fresh. Would not recommend coming to this location at all.

I’m not sure what the kids name was who helped me tonight but he has blonde hair in a ponytail. He noticed my online order hadn’t been processed so he worked fast to get it done for me in a timely manner. Everything was as ordered and delicious! He also took the time to say hi to a kiddo in line when everyone else was ignoring him.

Service at this location used to be good, but that is no longer the case. Today there were 7 boys behind the line filling orders and a line out the door, you would think it would be fast with that many people working. Exact opposite. One of the boys behind the line had long, extremely dirty looking hair and no hairnet. I’m sorry but where are cleanliness standards for food service? One person scoops the beans and rice, the next scoops the meat, and the next does salsa. Then the last two put on cheese etc. Not sure if this is a training thing or just lack of management. None of the bowls were marked what they were so the cashier had a hard time ringing everything in. Portions were smaller than normal and when asked for a bit more cheese, dirty looks were given. Loved chipotle since they opened and have always gone to this location, but that ends today. Service goes a long way and with the number of people working today, the service was abysmal at best. If you’re old enough to get a job, you’re old enough to have personal hygiene, especially serving food. Surprised this location is still operating with such low standards for their employees. Avoid this location at all costs

We ordered a meal online, not only did they get it wrong, but then had to stand in a long line. This process took over a half hour on top of waiting for the order after ordering online. Unacceptable.
