I don’t know how much management pushes the employees to watch their serving amount, but I am always disappointed after ordering from this particular Chipotle. Serving portions is beyond frugal. Extra rice is not even a normal serving of rice. The bowls served here always leave us hungry with how poorly they serve. This was the latest with my husband’s “light cheese.” Never again.

We were served rotten lettuce and under cook rice. Manager Sam found the rotten lettuce. Said it was dirt and wasn’t washed correctly. It’s wasn’t dirt. As you can see in the pictures it rotten and dripping from the mold. But this lettuce was served to people .

This is such a scam with this place. I ordered two bowls with EXTRA steak on each. I was charged almost 6 dollars on top of the regular price for each bowl. Called the manager. She put me on hold to check the camera it sounds preposterous that that would be her response. She was probably the most unhelpful manager I have come in contact with in a very long time. Supposedly the server gave us “two scoops” I’m saying what kind of scoops was she looking at. The pretend utensils my kid has in their play set?!?! And how in the world does she know which is our order if she didn’t even ask our name or what we ordered. Look at the pics below, in what world is this extra steak?!?!? The bowl wasn’t even full to the line above nor was their enough ingredients to reach the end of the bowl. It’s beyond disappointing that they choose to cheat their customers in order to save a few bucks. You should be ashamed of yourselves for conducting your business like that. Not even offer to make it better. You all are thief’s! Had we not paid you in full we would get in trouble…yet you all steak our money in such a disgusting and blatant way!!! Never again!!!!

ALOHA from Da Bigpake; we have all seen Chipotle but have to stopped to enjoy a burrito or bowl.. chicken or Beef.. the combos are so good. Fresh vegetables and fresh steak or chicken with great flavors. I love getting the bowl every time with steak and rice.

Portions are always low and most of the time they are missing ingredients. Today I went in and there was barely any meat, no rice, & no beans. Also they are usually out of fountain drinks. You would think this location would actually have a system worked out being at the fountains. I AM DISGRACED! Giving chipotle a bad name.

Man I swear every time I go here I get treated worse. This last time I waited 10 minutes only to get a talk guy to come over and bark questions at me then bail he finished making it. There was 4 or 5 people working on the same order and tall guy jumps in to help em. Then my guy comes back and just throws my cup in the bag instead of handing it to me to go get my drink.
