Found Hair in food so went to store and they said they cant help me. so i reached-out to customer service,They asked to upload receipt and provided. Customer service rep said they will reachout to store and get back to me. its been more than week and no response. This store always out of products like CHIPS, over charging for Guac and skimping on portions. its happened multiple times. Always Awful customer service.Untrained school kids works here. never adult manager on duty.

This chipotle gets our order wrong constantly. Ordered crispy corn tortillas since my fiance has Celiac disease and therefore cannot have flour tortillas. They gave us flour tortilla tacos instead so I called the store to get these refunded since she can’t eat any of it. When you try to call to the store it just gives you a robot that tells you to use the app for any customer service issues. Used the app and was another robot that only gave us a credit for a free drink while my fiance cannot even eat her whole meal. This is horrible business practice and unacceptable that an entire order is wrong and only a $3 item is given in return. I need a refund and am unable to speak to anyone. Never going here again.

This burrito was not wrapped right, they put almost no meat in any of the burritos or the bowl. This is not the first time, just not going to come back to this location. Sucks because it is a 10 min walk…also I was in the “chipotlane” for over 40 mins because they were making the food for the people who came inside and not those who ordered ahead. 12 bucks for about 6 chunks of steak and the queso tasted like water…shame.

Get food from here all the time. I usually get the burrito, but also get a salad from time to time. The food is always fresh and consistently good. When getting food for the family, they are great at labeling each item with a name. Makes it easy when handing out the food at home. That is all I could ever ask.

Tried this location for the first time. Unfortunately resulted in a subpar experience. Got charged higher than I should have, upon manager’s instruction to her staff. Tried explaining the order but to no avail. Staff got confrontational when asked about the higher charge. Needs manager training as she seems to be setting the wrong example. Needless to say, won’t be going back.

No greeting. The guy at the counter just stares at you like you have 2 heads. Asked for a burrito bowl with brown rice. I asked for beans. He scoops about 12 beans and passes it over to the girl who doesn’t listen to what you want on your plate. About a half of a scoop of rice, maybe a few veggies and and corn then when I said NO to lettuce, she piles the lettuce immediately. More lettuce that beans, Rice, veggies and chicken. What happened to this restaurant? Service was terrible.

We order from here frequently and have not had any big problems until today. We got food that was extremely over-salted. That by itself was not enough to merit a two-star review instead of a four or five star review, but the process of requesting a refund was extremely off-putting. They gave me a number to call and made me jump through a whole bunch of hoops. I will give them another chance in the future, but I’m disappointed in this particular transaction/meal, specially since we paid more for takeout at Chipotle than we would normally pay at a sit-down restaurant. Disappointed.
