This location is incredibly inconsistent. It could be good one day, but completely trash the next. It’s always a bit or miss. There is this one female employee, a bit short, who has the worst customer service ever, and if she ever prepares your to go food, guarantee it’s going to suck.

CHEAP! These people act like the food is coming out of their paycheck, it’s insane. When you order a bowl they give you barely any food in the bowl then what they do is charge you double for the amount that’s actually supposed to be in the bowl… make it make sense? They also caught an attitude about it and it genuinely had me wondering if maybe this was affecting their paycheck. This is the only chipotle I have been to who is stingy!! They charged me $20 DOLLARS for a chicken bowl…

I think for the price they should give you more protein, the portion they serve you are super small, but the employees and the food is good. I really enjoyed the carnitas buriito.

First time here. Very good. But very pricey. I got the Steak bean and queso. It was delicious. Bring your “A” game on. It is a big burrito! The chips and queso are too die for. Will definitely come back.

The staff is always like super sweet and the service is really good and fast I always see families eating here so the atmosphere is like really good

The staff was friendly and attentive. Young lady who appears to be the manager or assistant manager takes pride in her job and provides excellent service. Store was clean and I saw staff wiping tables at 10:45 a.m. Food was prepared quickly and it tasted fresh. I prefer this location (Pharr) over the two others in McAllen. Will definitely be going back.

I LOVE Chipotle but seems like lately their prices have gone up, (pretty much like everything else), had lunch for 2 and it was over $30 for a regular meal.
