I’m frustrated with this Chipotle in the valley. Every time I go, it’s disappointing. Tonight, same story—tiny portions again. Asked for extra rice, got told they’d run out. It’s not my problem. They’re always out of stuff, even before 8 PM. Paying full price for half portions is infuriating. The Carnitas portion was a joke. Mentioned it, got told they’d charge more for extra. Paid $13 for half a bowl and a drink. Place was dirty, staff was rude. They need to fix this ASAP.

Worst chipotle in the valley! Not only have the staff been continuously rude the times I have been. I had a fly in my bowl…I wish I was joking. Chipotle is notoriously unsanitary so I will never be going back to this place again!

I went at this location to buy food for lunch. I simple vegetarian bowl was ordered. The cashier overcharged me, I told her, she didn’t know how to make the return and call a guy to help her. I just noticed on my bank statement that they never gave the refund. I called the restaurant many times and is just a #%@ answer machine and a robot talking to me. It’s no associate available to answer the phone. What kind the business is this?

Ordered some delivery to celebrate our first date (over 12 years ago). Spent $50 bucks ordering two burritos and both had undercooked rice. It felt like little pebbles were in our burritos.

This place isn’t so bad, I will have to say though that every time my boyfriend and I come, my boyfriend dreads ordering from the guy with the long braid. I think he is the manager, but he tends to skimp you out on the food and only put small portions in the burrito and bowl. Also when you ask for a bit more, they tend to charge you extra for it. For being a bit expensive, I would expect a bit more portions. I only like ordering from here, dine-in, when there are other workers, they give the right amount of portions in the bowl and burrito.

Always great service. If you are in a hurry and need a quick-healthy bite, definitively among the best places to go. You can always make your salad bowl more keto-friendly by skipping on the rice and beans and just loading extra guacamole.
