Ordered it for pick up and they made the order soo sloppily and gave me 3 strands of lettuce. They also gave my daughter rotten fruit, I know they saw this when they packed it. Never order pick up from this location. The kids working there don’t care about how they fix your order. Actually go and watch them make it. Went on 7/24. It’s unfortunate they don’t let you review your order before you leave. Also ended up very salty, couldn’t finish it. Can’t believe this one is soo bad compared to the others. Try the one on Fairmont instead.

I’m obsessed with Chipotle, but I avoid this location like the plague. The quality is not up to par with other locations, they will serve guacamole that’s either too old or not ready, the food is overly salted, and rice undercooked. Then you have horrible customer service, I don’t expect a teenager to care about their job but I don’t want to be treated badly either. I’d just drive to another location or go to Cane’s.

Vegetarians beware of cross-contamination. The food was good…until there was massive chunk of unwanted meat in the queso. They did not refund it, but offered to replace it. The batch was already tainted, so that wasn’t going to fix it.

Was asked “what else you want?” In the most unfrieldliest manner I’ve ever seen or heard. The chip bag wasn’t even 1/4 filled. They threw qn almost empty bag and rushed me away. Never coming back here and would recommend you to go to the Fairmont location.

Absolutely loved how patient they were taking my kids orders… we got our orders to go drove home not even 5 minutes away attempted to pick up the bag and this happened, sauce all over my seats and bag bust opened… my son then attempted to chew his chicken and it was rubber.

Came in at about 8:15, heard some employees say “oh my god” as if I did a bad thing coming to get food here, like seriously, you don’t close until 10 I don’t understand what the problem is. Food came out cold and poorly wrapped. Burrito was also wet on the bottom kinda soggy. Usually I’m super chill and don’t leave reviews but coming from working in food service myself, just couldn’t ever see myself treating my customers like that.
