The manager is a child who was super rude to me when I was asking for double rice and beans something I’ve done for years and have NEVER been charged for. The app doesn’t even charge you for it. He argued when I inquired if there was a recent change to the cost, he said Chipotle has always charged. I’ve gone to a ton of locations for years and haven’t paid extra. Chipotle has turned into trash especially this location.

Just one photo here, but chicken is burned hard, inedible. Online orders are always sloppy and incorrect (adding additional ingredients). Frustrating because this location is only a few minutes from my house.

While the food is always amazing here, the current staff isn’t. I went in to get a bowl and the last stood there talking to her co-workers and sipping her soda for a good 5 mins before asking me what I wanted. I decided to sit down and eat when I finally got my food and the staff were so loud you could hardly hear the music. They yelled at each other from the drink station back to the kitchen. Other patrons were obviously annoyed too. I love Chipotle but I’ll be finding a different location from here on out due to the lack professionalism I experienced.
