I mean… the food is fine, it’s as clean as a fast food joint can be, but I’m sick of this location. I’d rather go out of my way to the one on college park dr. (Or Even freebirds because I’ve never had a poor experience w them) because of how rude the employees are. Myself and my friends have given this place so many chances, more than they deserve, and it’s just met with child size portions and smack talk. They give you a light dusting of rice and a slight sprinkle of beans and then talk mess about you when you say “hey, can I please get a little extra?” Sometimes they’ll put a full spoonful of chicken in my bowl and decide I don’t need it and take it out and put it back in the chicken tub! Cross contamination much??? I’ll gladly pay for double protein, but don’t take some of it out or give me a half scoop more. It’s DOUBLE I want DOUBLE. I’ve been in fast food, but it goes a long way to not short your customers or be rude. Please get better or I will never return again

Since I live about two minutes from this location I’ve really tried hard to give it the benefit of the doubt. I always order online and many times my order isn’t even close to being ready on time. Other times they’ve left out items from my order altogether. Today I placed an order online and when I arrived it hadn’t even been started yet. The poor guy on the register was running all over trying to do everything. He was genuinely trying his best and had a great attitude but the rest of the short staffed team were like zombies moving around. The whole place was filthy with trash all over and all of the lemonade dispensers empty. Probably the worst managed Chipotle I’ve been to. I’ll give a second star because the counter person really tried his best.

The place was busy. As I waited in line, I was sure they would be out of food by the time I got there. Not at all the case as everybody was doing their job. Everything was in place. Food was good. They did need somebody to get a moment to clean tables, but they were so busy they couldn’t. All good.

The worst I’ve ever seen this store. Dirty. Backed up. Didn’t have chicken so the chef was handing it to the line girl in hand as he’s cutting it. Only one girl in line. Cashier boy not doing anything. Out of chips? As if they made none. Lettuce looked old. Just horrid.

They were so backed up in the kitchen. They were out of EVERY meat. Every table was dirty. I had to clean my own table. The trash cans were over flowing to the point where there was trash all over the floor. And the cashier looked like he was lost. Horrible experience

I had a very bad experience last Sunday. I am a big fan of Chipotle but I think the restaurant at woodlands have changed a lot and not for good. I was extremely disappointed . Dinning was a mess. Extremely dirty trash over floaded. Bathrooms were dirty not paper. Chips were all burned and the food wasn’t tasty. Service manager didn’t care about my comments because I requested a different bag of chips but they were all bad. The line crews not friendly and the masks half way on. If they have to wear mask should be all covered. Not half way. I love love Chipotle but I don’t think I will be back to woodlands with this experience. The manager from this store need to train better the crew and service managers. I won’t say anything if the store is busy but was completely empty. Only two people dinning and nobody in the line. I don’t usually leave bad reviews to Chipotle because I love Chipotle but I have to say something about this store. You will loos lots of customers!

I love this Chipotle and have been going here for over 5 years. I mostly go in to the restaurant to order, and on occasion will order delivery when I’m feeling lazy. I have had minimal issues with delivery… until today. What I received today was a big enough joke to warrant me writing this. I ordered (and paid extra for) double meat with extra rice and no beans. I don’t go in and demand extra everything, but I’ve always felt its a fair trade to do extra rice since I don’t get beans. I get Chipotle enough to know the normal weight range of my order, and immediately upon receiving the bag from my delivery guy I knew I had been screwed in a big way. Upon opening, I was floored. The pictures are of a real $14 dollar bowl that took about 14 bites to finish. Spoon for reference.
