WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION?? WORST service ever! I placed an online order, arrived, and my food was not ready. They proceed to tell me there were out of many of the toppings. I paid for guacamole and they didn’t have guacamole available. I ordered one chicken bowl and one barbacoa bowl. The chicken was not even cut, it was a whole piece of chicken breast with mainly just fat. None of the food had any flavor. The rice didn’t even have cilantro. We couldn’t even eat it, it was that bad. These kids that were working didn’t even care, they were just on their phones. This place does not even deserve a star.

Wow, this was truly the most horrific experience I’ve ever had trying to eat out at any restaurant in my entire life! I was laughed at and treated so poorly, the manager in charge wouldn’t even give me his name to call corporate to discuss my appalling experience. Needless to say, I left without food because I was so poorly mistreated. I am shaking and crying trying to write this, I am deeply disturbed and hurt at the way I was treated by their employees/manager. First off, they took quite awhile to acknowledge me, or even try to take my order. I went in to get a burrito bowl, the time was 9:37pm, they close at 10pm. It’s as if they didn’t want to serve me, as I left without any food an employee locked the door behind me @ 9:45pm, but they do not close until 10pm? You would think that would be against company policy (they obviously pick and choose which company policies to follow) to lock the doors before closing time. Please check cameras to verify my account. The lady who said her name was Roman, informed me there was no cheese and a few other items, I said that’s ok, you have some queso there can you please use that in lieu of the cheese you do not have? They said absolutely for an additional charge, I said I would like cheese that you said you do not have, rather than give me zero cheese, could you just use the queso instead? I asked for the manager, he refused, said it was against company policy. I was just shocked that rather than satisfy the customer they were combatant, argumentative and laughing at me. If corporate policy states, we completely ran out of any item at a store location, and we refuse to replace it with an item/product we have on hand, I’m glad to find out now exactly what kind of company I’m dealing with, so I can never do business with them again. Just an overall horrible experience with the manager and Roman. I cannot wrap my head around hiring people with such little regard and experience with customer service. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and expect them to review the cameras and issue an apology from the manager and Roman. This is inexcusable to treat anyone the way I was treated tonight. I will NEVER go back to Chipotle.

Went to get a kids meal to bring to my son for lunch and the lady serving the food was real stingy with rice, beans and chicken. I had to ask for a little more because they were small scoops. Then when I asked for the corn and lettuce on the side they charged me which I understand but when I asked the lady at check out she was talk too fast to where I couldn’t understand, not to mention when she gave me the chips my son was upset because they were stale and overcooked.

I have had meals from this location over several years since it opened. Food, cleanliness and service have really degraded over the last 6 months. For example, today was completely out of rice during mealtime. Told customers it would be 20min, poor planning. Out of chicken al pastor, no onions. You get the issue. Place was dirty, tables sticky. Air conditioner not working much. Only one person at service counter, others standing around in back. Napkins out, none, nada. Drink service area unkept, dirty. Makes you wonder about sanitation in the food prep area…. Owner of the location should come in and eat a meal and see what is going on. A very degraded location.

I think I’m done with this location. I go about once a week and since this young hispanic/Mexican girl with the shiny face has been there I hardly get any meat in my order. Then she wants to charge extra if I ask for a little more. If I get tacos with meat and cheese only and she only put 2 bites of meat, that’s ridiculous. Is she used to working at Taco Bell?? Her attitude sucks as well. There’s too many other places to choose from, so I’m ok with putting my money toward better service elsewhere.

Walk in at 5:30 PM Monday 5/15 to find they were running low on all the food. How is this possible at peak dinner time. The workers had extremely poor attitudes, serving you like they were on a fire drill and we were the only ones in line. The carnitas was all fat, and is it’s this Chipotle’s policy to give you half severing on all the items? Then 3 of the fountains drinks were out, another customer was complaining about this as well. The place did not looked not clean at all, not to mention the severing area. This is the third time I’ve tried and was hoping things would improve at this location. I will not be returning.

Food was decent but every table was dirty at 6:30pm. Staff was rushing to make my order even though they weren’t busy and as a result messed it up. Don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

This location is constantly out of items. Rice, Beans and sometimes even chicken or beef. Last night they were out of white rice pinto beans cheese and guacamole. If there isn’t a way to replenish items and they have to wait for a food truck then please do is all a favor and close for the evening! I won’t be back for quite a while. The last time this happened I didn’t go back for 2 months. I guess I won’t return for alot longer until this location can get their act together.

I walked in and immediately it smelled like their sewage has backed up. Watched staff be rude to customers. Not a clean surface in sight. A customer informed a staff member the lemonade machine was leaking and she rudely replied “yeah it is”. I can’t believe this locations is open.
