I came to chipotle at 10:40, 20 minutes before close and the boy who was serving my food was very rude like always. I hate coming here at night because the employees act like they can’t work during open hours. The other two people who helped me were lovely like always but the one serving the food has an awful attitude and needs to be corrected…. I just got home and I got charged for guac and didn’t ask or get any.

It’s been awhile since visiting Chipotle. It still has the same look and feel of a Taco Bell with much better food. It has more taste, less calories and cost more. The new brisket topping quickly became my favorite. This brisket is not to be confused with what comes out of a veteran pit master’s smoker. But it is more flavorful than beef. I will not wait so long to return.

Good tastes great like always but the service is atrocious. The employees act as if they are sharing their own food when making and preparing bowl. I have to repeatedly ask for more after seeing a tiny ahh scoop of rice or beans or chicken put on my bowl. Teach your employees that the bowl were manufactured to hold a set amount of food and not less. It’s not that hard

This location is the worst in the city. I’m so glad I read the other reviews because I thought it was only me. I could have Chipotle once a week but I dread going to this location. The portions are so small. You have to asked for more rice, more bean. I will pay extra for meat but they act like you’re asking to borrow money. Only at the Atascocita location. You guys need a secret shopper & you will see how your customers are treated…All the advertising is for nothing if your people are not good employees.

The Queso tastes like a mix of Campbell’s cream of chicken and Campbell’s can of cheese. The texture was the same too. Not worth $8. Chips were stale. Beans were under cooked. This Chipotle has gone down hill unfortunately.

This is THE Chipotle to go to! Probably the best burrito bowl I’ve had in years. The pastor chicken has so much flavor, I think I’ll be back tomorrow. The team is so friendly and even let us try the proteins to make sure we were happy. Forget the Summerwood location, this is it!!

I been going to this location at least 2 years twice a week. It’s the closest location to me. The food is usually pretty good quality. But my complaint is about the service. As of recent they have hired really young people that obviously it’s their first job, they definitely need to take the time to properly train these individuals. Need to teach them the importance of Customer Service. I work in the service industry and i can assure you these people are not being properly trained. I had a young girl with glasses give me some problems my last 2 visits, for simply asking for fresh rice. Due to the fact that it was at the bottom of the tray and I’ve had bad experience as they are usually harder for sitting there a while. She decided to argue with me over what i should get, that either way I’m going to be served that rice. I just asked her to mix it with the new one, personally i was a bit embarrassed. As there was a line, i simply asked her to take care of the next customer that i would wait. She was there huffing and puffing making faces. I think these kids need to understand the importance of customers, as without people like myself that eat here often they wouldn’t be in business. I will think about it twice now before going to this location, just to avoid being embarrassed. Thank you for your time, i hope this reaches someone at chipotle who actually cares about customers, and service.

This rating has nothing to do with the restaurants service but it has to do with chipotle in general. This is the second time I’ve tried chipotle and was disappointed both times. I don’t understand what the hype is about the food is horrible, no seasoning at all. I thought the queso might add some extra flavor but it tasted like nothing. I can probably stand outside and open my mouth for 30 seconds and taste more flavor from the air than I did at chipotle.
