The food is usually pretty good so we keep going back. However, my experience today was not so positive. When we walked in, my daughter told the guy she hoped that he didn’t mind, but we’d be placing a large order. The male clerk with curly hair was quite rude and sighed as if he was put out. I then proceeded to ask him is that a problem for you and he slightly hesitated and said that he wasn’t sure if they would have enough food or not. All during this time there was even a full crew of people preparing more food in the back, so I don’t see why it was a problem in the first place. The rest of the crew on the front line were not very friendly either. This is the WORST service I have ever received before. So much so, that I am even hesitant to go to this location again!!! What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I went in for lunch today 08/30/23 and I didn’t notice how hot it was since I was coming in from the heat outside. But once I sat down I figured the ac was broken. It was a suffocating heat, and couldn’t even enjoy my food I ended up taking the rest home. But the most I felt bad for was the employees. Not only did they have to deal with no ac they had to work the the stoves and all that other heat added on. They were fanning themselves. You could tell they were sweating and looked miserable. If I was the person who was in charge of this location I would’ve at least try to provide them with fans or something to help cool down the place if they didn’t want to close the store or knew it would be a while before someone could be in, until it was fixed especially with this heat outside! Do better for your employees!

I love chipotle, but here the protein portions are very small and paying for rice and beans doesn’t make sense. I told the cashier and she told me that if they served more, it would be a problem. I understand that they have their goals, but that should not cost the client.

Their brown rice wasn’t not fully cooked (maybe 80%). It needs more water content. Too dried. Stick with white rice for 2023. Taste: regret and disappointment.

I love Chipotle! I usually either go to this location or the First Colony location and they have both been good for me. The ingredients are always clean and tasty. I can usually get my food pretty quick, whether I’m ordering there or online. The staff are good!

I went to this location on Monday 3-6-23 and Wednesday 3-8-23. I ordered the vegetarian bowl both times and it was absolutely discussing. On Monday I got a bowl of pinto beans and rice and on Wednesday I got a bowl of white rice, green peppers, and pinto beans. No corn salsa or quacamole. I called and spoke to the manager who said his name was Alex and told him how disgusting this food was and all he had to say was that he was writing it all down. Please don”t ever go to this location because everybody in there acts like they have a third grade education including Alex. There was no apology and everybody in there could use a lesson in customer service skills. This place needs to be shut down so please don’t waste your money going to this location. I gave the one star because it was the lowest star that I could give. They really deserve a minus zero.

If you make a pickup or prepaid online order be sure to check your bag before you leave the restaurant. In my experience, you have a 50% chance of getting everything you paid for…. And if it’s wrong they act like it’s your fault. Too bad. So sad.
