Service is poor very slow. The A/C does not work, it is hotter to be inside the premises than outside, even with the high temperatures. Everyone in this neighborhood was excited when a Chipotle opened so in such a convenient location Each time I have been it has been a complete and utter dissapointment. I wanted to give them a few chances since a new establishment needs time to find its footing, but this is unnaceptable. In portions, in food quality, in service. This time, the guacamole was a disgusting dark green, and even the lettuce was disgusting. So dissapointing and me, along with so many others as you can see, will not be returning.

Ordered online arrived and i had to wait for all the costumer inside to be served! If i didn’t asked i should wait more time to figure out that they didn’t start my order! I asked the employees they ignored me! I asked for the manager! The lady who pretended to be manager her name is SAMANTHA ( if she’s not laying cuz all the crew start laughing at me after she mentioned her name) she was very rude and unprofessional! I asked about how online order work all she said we are busy right now do you want your order or no!!! Even not a word of apologize… i don’t recommend this rude personal to anyone who really likes Chipotle.

My fat baby chicken burrito was delicious. However I used to work for one of the first Chipotle restaurants in Houston on Voss. The service and management at this location is below standards. The outer seating area was not cleaned in the whole hour I was there. Food particles everywhere. Unacceptable!

If you plan on creating a bulk order – this restaurant is unable to properly take them online. Their online order process has issues not only on their main website but through delivery apps. as well, which I guess we should have anticipated in hindsight based on the current reviews. After utilizing multiple avenues to try and place an order with this store with different forms of payment, it would still not work.
