If I could give 0 stars, I would. First time, we ordered at almost closing, they gave less than half of the burrito bowls. You could see the bottom of the bowl. Second time, the same issue. Got credits back. Third time (today), they gave me a bowl of just chicken. None of the sides ordered in the bowl. Do NOT eat here they are lazy and will charge you full price while not giving you the food you paid for. They also do not answer the phone.

What a disappointment!!!!!!! This place needs some deep cleaning.Everything was just a mess.The food was dry and mixed with different flavors.I honestly can’t believe they haven’t shut down this restaurant do to the unsanitary items.They had 5 people working so they can’t tell me the place was short of worker’s. The service was just horrible. All of them had just a bad attitude.

I believe they have a new manager her name is Emely aArauz she was very helpful due to me ordering at the wrong restaurant through the app. She not only made sure I received my order as fast as possible but she patiently help me how to contact customer service through the app to make sure I could get a refund. She also went out of her way to get me the number to customer service in case I wasn’t able to get the refund using the app.

Meet was cool, portions were skimpy and I was charged 3 times for my food… server literally counted the corn and took food OFF my plate… other meals looked way better. Not sure why they didn’t serve me with the same portion size as others but i would have just gotten more of something that didn’t meet standard. Not worth the price at all. If you can find somewhere else you’re better off.

Absolutely love this location!! I love Clarissa and the staff there. They ROCK!!! I order my lunch and dinner almost daily from this location. The food is always fresh and the service is generally fast. I usually order salad and tacos… and the burritos. Delicious!!

I wanted grilled veggies but there was only grilled onions at the bottom of the pan. Hispanic lady manager said that they only serve grilled onions and apparently no grilled peppers. I came in at 6 pm so they just gave me a bunch of grilled onions n. experienced that before v annoyed.
