Great Location! Food was amazing. One of the best Chipotles in DFW! Location is easy to get in and out of and if the kids don’t want Mexican they can get something next door at Hat Creek. Back to the food… today the food was super fresh and the flavors were phenomenal!

What has happened to customer service? Ordered through app for pick up line – steak burrito. Got home to find a tortilla with rice and queso? Annoyed. Returned. The girl acted like she didn’t believe me…and seemed so annoyed that I brought it back. Remade the order. I asked if they did anything in the way of making things right for their customers that just spent an hour trying to get a simple drive through order…she said they corrected the order. ♀️. I’ve worked in customer service for years. A small amount of empathy and an apology goes such a long way. It’s not that hard!!!!

Today I decided to dine in at this location for the first time and noticed an employee sitting on her phone under the drive-thru window chatting with employees. The food prep counter was very very messy, all tables were dirty, food wasn’t fresh, and the chicken had many chewy pieces.
