This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to. I will never go back. This location needs to be shut down, they cannot even function properly. Orders are always messed up. It’s ridiculous; so much so that it’s laughable. I live 30 mins away so going back to get my order fixed isn’t an option, and I shouldn’t have to check my food before leaving. The most frustrating part is when you try and call to get a refund or chat with pepper, they never refund your money. You just get coupons for free stuff. I don’t know about y’all but I don’t have $ to throw around. I want what I pay for.

I love this place! I got me the white rice bowl with cilantro, with chicken, sour cream, salsa, cheese, and their house blend dressing! I love eating at this place! Hospitality is always on point and to hear them operating as if they are in a professional kitchen was amazing!

I feel as many others do, that Chipotle has gone very very downhill. We went to this location just once and everything reminded me of Chipotle in its heyday. The employees were friendly and all working on something. We did a pickup order (burrito bowls) and it was on time, hot, correct, and loaded up! The restaurant itself had the industrial decor Chipotle’s known for. I’m really not looking forward to having to go back to my hometown Chipotle after coming here.

Let me start by saying I having always had a good experience with Chipotle. But the past couple of times I have noticed the lack of cleanliness and food quality. This is my first at this particular Chipotle’s and my last at any Chipotle. Let’s starting with this place was dirty. Food, napkins on floor and all tables were dirty. Thought ok, maybe they had a rush. But the place had average business. I cleaned off a table so I could sit and eat my Chicken pastor bowl. It came with a massive amount of rice, which was undercooked, and very little meat. The food station was dirty and I never once saw anyone wipe it down and the whole time I was here no one came out to clean the tables or sweep the floor.

Normally, this location is fine but the last few times I’ve ordered through the app, they forget my guacamole. This past time, they gave me the smallest portion of veggies, forgot the guacamole, and the chips were so chewy, I couldn’t eat them. Definitely disappointed!

This place was awful, to start off with there was only one employee on the line who was actually kind, everyone else seemed like they were being forced to do their job. The chicken and rice was luke warm at best, they said they were out of guacamole but had over an hour before closing AND not to mention they had quac for the online orders but couldn’t give any to customers dining in, and refused to make more even thought they clearly had a full staff. Will not be returning to this location, needs a serious refresh in employment.

Waited over thirty minutes in line. manager walks out from the back. Looks at the line, starts joking with the Togo person, never even attempts to help. The guy making orders starts moving slower because the line is getting longer. And when I get to the window he stops let’s the shift lead know it’s time to go home and leaves. Shift manager is like “it will be a minute” funny because there was absolutely no rush in the first place. Easily one of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve had.

Arrived on a Monday at around 8pm. Took 10 minutes to place order. When asking for Chips & Guac I was told they were out for the rest of the night. Chips & Guac were for my 3 yr old daughter as she loves them. She was very disappointed as I was even more.
