This Chipotle on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills has excellent food. They were busy and tried to push you through the line as quickly as possible. I got everything on my bowl I wanted but my friend that was with me didn’t get one item she wanted because she felt she didn’t have time before her bowl went to the next person in their assembly line. It was fast and furious which can be a positive if you have to go back to work or get home to the kids.

I usually get a Barbacoa burrito when I go to Chipotle because it is the most flavorful option but this barbacoa was bland and mushy. Also I didn’t get many fillings but all had excess liquid that did not have any flavor so my entire burrito was soggy and I ate it fresh in the store. I would not come back to this location because it’s obvious the execution of their dishes and the assembly is without much thought or care for the people that are paying to eat the food.

I ordered extra chicken (cost 2.85 extra$), extra cheese and multiple other toppings for my bowl. It was only like 3/4 full and barely 10 peices of chicken. It definitely doesn’t taste fresh. This chipotle is pretty much like this every time I’ve been. Don’t recommend.

Ordered food from this location and the order came with a bunch of ingredients missing. One bowl in particular was complete devoid of chicken. When I called and spoke to the manager Chris I was told corporate was cracking down and the portion sizes…I thought it was funny that a smaller portion size meant completely leaving out the chicken. Ultimately I received no apology or any ownership of the issue I was given a 1833 number and told to call it. It was a laughable experience. No offer to replace wrong items no apology or explanation just call this number it happens. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
