Atmosphere is good, food is fine. But for some reason they put in my bowl waaaay too little. For reference meanwhile others’ food in bowl was overfloating from their bowl. Mine was like one spoon with all the additions I asked. So i guess if u r ordering there ask them to not be shy and out some more

I’ve given this store multiple chances. I am over it at this point. The last time I complained, I waited 25 minutes past my pickup time for an online order I placed. Only to get home and have 3 of my 5 orders wrong. That’s a lot to spend on a family dinner to have the majority messed up. I emailed them and they sent me something silly like a free chips and salsa…like that is close to their mistake. As I had gotten over that issue, I order again. We go to pick up, one order can’t be completed and they have NO chips to fulfill the multiple bags I’ve ordered. They cannot refund in store, I have to call a separate number. I’m frustrated because I already know how their customer service works…very poorly. I think I will choose Qdoba from here on out.

We ordered quite a bit and they stuffed it all in one bag. Two burritos were not covered all the way. We got one bowl and it was completely the wrong order and was leaking. There was stuff on the other burritos.

When I asked for “Fresh Guacamole” on my bowl yesterday, I was told “it’s all the same because it’s made in the morning”. And then the employees proceeded to slap brown and black guacamole on my bowl. The expired guacamole was not fresh and ruined the flavor of the entire bowl. Also, they were completely out of dressing.

This location’s standards have gone down bad! …Waiting 3-4 minutes until someone greets you, undercooked rice, a complete mess on the food line, low energy employees that look like they don’t want to be there, and I found plastic food wrap (saran wrap) in my burrito. Food inspectors need to check this place out asap! Not going back to this location.

Samuel (FoH) is a straight G and always gets my order spot on. He really knows how to take care of customers. The food is always fresh and not too dry or cold. Place gets a “highly recommended!”

I was there yesterday 8/5/23. We got there around 2 p.m waited in line for 11 minutes we get up to the counter and ask for 2 books to eat there. Asked for the white rice. The girl says don’t know if we have any. She asked the girl in the back doing food prep, and the girl replied I have no rice! And I didn’t make any. So my fiancee didn’t want the brown rice. Neither did I so after waiting in line all that time. No Rice!! We had to go to Arby’s instead very disappointing. I called to speak to a mgr. Later on. They told me No mgr. Was working.
