Ordered a burrito, with steak, through delivery. Received a very small burrito,….. with no steak. For the most part, it tasted pretty good, just missing a few things I paid for. It was so little inside that I feel like I’m throwing away half of the tortilla it was rolled in just because it was folded over so much due to the limited filling.

I ordered online for a 12 o’clock pick up. They clearly made it when i sent the order at 11:30 because my food is cold and tasteless. The girl at the window was super friendly at first when i asked if my fork was in there and she said yes. I go to drive off, but check the bag to make sure and there was no utensils nor my chips?? So i reversed and told her i need my things and all the sudden her attitude changed. Like, I’m sorry… you made my food 30 minutes early and still couldn’t get it right. WACK. What is up with people just not caring about their jobs?!? Do better. We live in a real world. 2.3 stars for a chipotle is sad.

The line could have moved a tad faster, but sometimes it’s the people in line that don’t know what they want, or customize the order and takes longer. The staff was patient with the customer, and the food was fresh as always.

How does this manager still have a job? We have given this chipotle several chances to work out the kinks and every time there is something negative about our experience. Rice was hard, Barbacoa wasn’t shredded, no burrito tortillas. Usually the service is super slow but this time we did the take out. Please fix these issues for this is the closest chipotle for us.

Very unclean. Workers are not sanitary. Tables in eating area were not wiped down. Drink station was also nasty. The cooking counter had old chopped meat on it. They do not have hair nets on over the food. The worker raked food from counter with glove then tossed over trash can came back to the utensils to make a bowl without changing gloves. They never wiped down the counters with sanitized towel to keep food area clean. Food did not look fresh. There needs to be a general manager in store to oversee the cleanliness of this location. It’s not up to par of the chipotle brand. Needless to say my appetite was ruined.

I have been waiting to send this review. This Chipotle is by far the worse location in the city. My family go to Chipotle at least twice a week. We choose to go here because it’s close to the house. It does not matter what time of day we go. It will be out of chicken, chips, rice and tortillas. This is absolutely ridiculous and the staff is so slow. The management needs to work on how to prioritize because being out of an ingredient every day is poor management. Also the portions are so small I don’t trust to order online. I’m to the point I will just not go here again. This place was a major topic in the nail salon across the street being the worst chipotle in the area.

Unfortunately this location is just consistently terrible. Between portion sizes being way smaller than standard, inconsistent flavors, multiple orders missing items or ingredients ordered, and overly salted chips. For as much as food is costing these days, it’s just not worth the gamble on if it’ll be a good meal from here or not.

Very poor service. I would not recommend this Chipotle to anyone. Nor will I return to this one again. I will drive the extra distance to a different one or eat something else. Girl running the register wanted to argue about the order and the manager wasn’t any better. He straight out told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I order the same thing at EVERY Chipotle I go to. never had a problem at any other store.
