I don’t go often, so I’m not always sure what’s on the menu or what something is. Chipotle staff were willing to answer questions without making me feel stupid or rushed. The atmosphere wasn’t bad, fairly quiet for having a couple customers.

Service was incredibly slow. The couple in front of us had been standing there for a while without even being acknowledged. Then the girl who did wait on us was very hard to understand because she was talking so fast and low without making eye contact. The entire dining room was a mess. No one was smiling or happy and not only was this the very first time I’ve ever been to a Chipotle’s, it will probably be the last. They are unorganized, unfriendly, unsanitary and had no sense of urgency during what appeared to be peak times.

Food was alright, seems like less flavoring compared to other chipotles. Customer service was okay, you could tell they really didn’t want to be there. And above all else ITS VERY INCONVENIENT that their is NO BABY CHANGING STATION in the womens restroom. Sitting there eating there was at least 5 kids all under 5 including my son who’s 9months. Had to change his diaper in the truck.
