We have been to MANY Chipotles across the US. The line was very long at this one with a ton of people in and out but they moved people through quickly and efficiently, keeping the fresh food replenished and cleaning as they go. Someone spilled their water and left without telling anyone and an employee spotted it and cleaned it within minutes. Kept the drink station stocked and clean. This is a good team keeping Chipotle strong!

After a couple bites into my bowl, I noticed a small black hair, GROSS. This was my work lunch so I barely got to eat. Tried to get things fixed via the app and was offered a bogo deal. Like I want to eat here or at a chipotle again after this…I wanted a refund but there’s zero customer support. Will never go to this location and will probably take a break from the franchise all together.

I felt this restaurant provided very terrible service. I wish I could give them a zero star. I feel they have a strong discrimination on Asian. Why? They often give me much less food that order races. To verify it, one time, there was an not-asian people in front of me and when I was asked what I wanted to order, I said exactly the same as previous people. But the staff there gave me much less. I asked why the exactly same order can result in such different amounts of food. Their staff just kept silent…Such a terrible service!

this was a horrible experience. The staff all had no problem telling me what I was doing wrong, but all I’m doing is placing my order. I thought they where suppose to care if I said I was unhappy with the roll of a burrito. I’ve asked for re-roll like 10 times. They just didn’t have time. I shouldn’t have paid. But I just came from a funeral. Im not about to fight today. Thanks for a horrible burrito, ontop of my horrible day.

I understand occasional mistakes in orders but this place consistently makes mistakes. The mistakes this round were too much to ignore. We ordered one vegetarian bowl with a request for EXTRA lettuce. Instead the bowl had NO lettuce. Furthermore, and worse, the second bowl was a chicken bowl however we found multiple pieces of other meat in the bowl that had to be pieces out. As individuals with dietary restrictions, this was extremely jarring.

This new location is finally open! Given that they are new, they are doing a great job. They have stacked the number of employees working so even though I came in during the lunch rush on a Monday the line moved incredibly fast. I was in and out faster than I have been at any other Chipotle in a very long time. Glad to have a Chipotle on this side of town

I will never order from here again. My Co-workers and I decided to order from here and have it delivered since we work in a very busy clinic and are unable to leave the clinic. We never received our order! We tried calling to get our money reimbursed and no one answered at the store , we called the doordash service and they transferred us back to the store. EXTREMLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

This location and the Lemmon location have been horrible recently. Both ordering online/app and in person. Moved close to downtown from Plano and ill probably just start going to Qdoba. Missed ingredients. Wrong ingredients. Missing chips and or salsa/guac/or queso. Portion size for online orders is PATHETIC. ordering in line seems like every visit instead of seeing something low and prep to stay stocked on the food line they run out of 3 or 4 things and say you can wait if you’d like. Go take lessons from panda exp about staying stocked on the food line. Def not going back to either location
