I was so looked down upon in this store today. Went in to get a bowl. They didn’t have lettuce at that service table rather at the online side. I beg them to help me with some and the staff refused, told me is for the people who prepaid. I saw another staff cutting fresh lettuce and requested for some and was still refused. I frequently visit this restaurant since is close to my work. Today, I am very disappointed at the staff for what they did to me. I could have however, decided to leave the served food without lettuce but paid for it and left so heartbroken. I felt I was discriminated against as a black woman. Here I am on night shift as a nurse without food. I completely lost appetite on what I brought hence discarded it. I promise myself never to visit this particular restaurant again if I even decide to go Chipotle again.

VERY SAD… beginning with the service … staff barely greeted us and then they were out of EVERYTHING!!! NO PICO, NO LETTUCE, NO SALT AND PEPPER… then to add insult to injury, the cashier had a MAJOR ATTITUDE… I’M SORRY … but I had to ask myself.. Are we at Chipotle??? recently visited this Chipotle branch and was impressed with my experience. The restaurant was immaculate, with clean floors and well-maintained furniture. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly, greeting customers with cheerful smiles.

First problem is they gave me a steak quesadilla when I ordered a chicken quesadilla.Second I would’ve got over it if it was at least appealing but as you can see the steak is yellow because of how dry and over cooked it is.Tried calling no answer.I can’t leave work which is why I ordered through DoorDash . I paid $15 for this disgusting food.

This pains me to say but it needs to be said. Whoever is running this location in Dallas needs to be let go. Everytime I visit it goes without fail that the employees are constantly disrespecting eachother, being rude, not greeting customers, and have a tremendous amount of attitude when asked a question so simple such as “May you repeat the amount?” Its so unprofessional. Not to mention the manager stands there listening saying nothing.

I like the fact that even when it’s busy, it’s always organized. I typically order online for pick up, even when my food isn’t ready someone will address me and let me know when it’ll be done. Everyone’s super nice, one of my favorite locations.
