What a disappointment. I ordered through grub hub. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was barely what they normally serve. I couldn’t even find the chicken meat. Look at the photos below. Meat are chicken scraps. Literally could not find much meat in my bowl. This was also the first time I order for pickup. Such a disappointment. I asked for utensils and salsa on the side and received nothing. I do not recommend this location at all. They don’t uphold a high standard of customer service.

Lots of 2-3 star reviews here you weirdos. A couple reviews said either the bowl has too much or too little. So many employees and no fast turnaround said that one review. And yeah the Chipotle name keeps this place busy as in the case of tonight. But those low review people are still going here because it’s the closest. Well this place is busy and many people were in line tonight. As always, they are out of something and tonight Chipotle cut the cheese!!! I had to run out and buy cheese for my bowl. Last time I was here they were out of chips. Wonder what will be missing next? The food was good and they filled my bowl with lots of portions and I was satisfied. Still not happy about Chipotle CUTTING the cheese. Overall I am good with my meal and looking forward to what will be missing next.

After ordering a veggie bowl, I found out there was no lettuce at the end station. No matter what bowl I order, I always order double lettuce. But since they skimp on meat so badly at this location, I decided to go with no meat and get a veggie bowl. Upon checkout, I notice that there is a lot of lettuce at the to-go station. I asked if they could add some lettuce to my bowl from the To-Go station. Apparently, the girl at the counter was annoyed that I even asked, and said that lettuce was only available for prepaid orders. To avoid being a jerk today, I almost canceled my order and left it right there on the counter so I could order online to get some lettuce. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Unfortunately this is the closes chipotle, I can’t stand it. Always out of chicken or steak, takes 20 min to order….. and I guess $14 for a 25% filled bowl is normal

My boyfriend and I came here for our first time , we always order it through food apps. Coming here we expected great customer service but when we met Joselin working Wednesday July 26th at around 6:30pm , we had our worst experience yet . This girl was so rude , she messed up our order , the ladies order in front of me and made us feel so unwelcome . She needs to be removed from the restaurant or atleast the checkout part. I hope she doesn’t let her anger and frustration out on others as well . I love Chipotle though .

Have been super disappointed by this location. We’ve ordered pickup several times and the quality hasn’t been great- several times our bowls had barely and food, especially protein. We typically go to the Knox location now, which is unfortunately a farther drive from us. Hoping they improve since this location is very convenient.

I don’t understand how this specific location never has anything. How are you always out of something? Aside from the friendly younger employees, the workers always seem to be stressed. The store is not always tidy, the workers don’t seem to be enthusiastic, and the food is generally meh. This is one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever come across. If you are in the area, don’t stop here. Keep driving, you’ll receive better service elsewhere.
