This Chipotle it’s a complete mess, it’s extremely dirty. Not sure how they keep their business licenses approved or renewed. All the tables where dirty, the floor looked like it hadn’t been clean in years, the men’s bathrooms NOT working, and the young girl that tried to clean the tables would just spill everything to the floors, never saw her spray the the tables or counters with any cleaning supplies, never wash the wet towel after cleaning parts of the floor and back to the tables, it was just disgusting. The metal are not cleaned or disinfected, they just grab them from the trash area and put them back under the register

Zero stars for this store. They served uncooked rice and when I showed it to the manager she is saying it is cooked. They are irresponsible and don’t care if the customers fall sick eating this junk.

The guacamole was put in my bowl looking like this. I also ordered chips and queso and the chips were stale. Not satisfied at all. Why would anyone think it would be okay to put guacamole in someone’s food that looks like this???

Should’ve read the reviews first before being foolish enough to order pick up for lunch on a Saturday. After our pick up time came and went I finally asked an employee who retrieved it from the back. Our quesadillas were cold, burrito bowl was pitiful, only about 1/4 full with barely any chicken and our steak burrito was folded like someone seeking vengeance, the first half was guac and sour cream and the second half was hot sauce rice, only two small pieces of steak in the whole thing and hardly any beans. Super gross. We tried calling to talk to the manager and were routed to corporate who gave us credit for new meals. Not sure whats going on at this place but it sucks to spend so much for food and have it be badly made.

If there was a way to give a negative rating I would. This store is filthy every time I come in. I keep hoping it will be better than the last time, but it’s always worse. Trash cans are spilling over. Drink station is a mess. No utensils. Work station where food is served is a mess. No steak available. Out of peppers. Floors have trash all over. Tables are dirty. Then 3 employees are leaving their shifts while there’s still such a mess everywhere!

The restaurant wasn’t busy-dirty food line where they made the food. The kids working had no idea how to fold a simple TACO… Not a burrito, not anything complicated. A fold over Taco. Then mashed it in foil to where it was a complete mess when we tried to eat it. Pretty sure we were overcharged too. Won’t be back.

I received a tiny bag of chips only a quarter way full with the words “large” comically stuck to the front. For the price of a large queso and chips this amount of chips and queso is ridiculous.

First time here and my last. I ordered the bowl with carnitas and I got nothing but fatty meat. The white rice was dried and was the last of it in the pan. No interaction with the person making my food what so ever. The queso had this bad taste to it. The employees were like zombies to be honest. The Coke Cola was water down with no carbonation what so ever. For the $65 dollars that I paid for it was insane. The restaurant was dirty. I know it’s tough to find people who want to work but to add a body just to fill the position is crazy to me. Do they even watch videos anymore on how hot food is suppose to be and the way it needs to look before it walks out the door or how about and the customer service. Do they not have classes or watch videos about that either? Do they even have a health card? How do these guys get the job?Did they go looking for a job or did the manager go find them at home? How did they even get hired to do that job. If I could give it no stars I would. Do better!

I’m town for work and stopped in for lunch. Got a bowl. Tasted good but was pretty short on the rice. Got 1 kinda rounded scoop of rice. When I asked for a little more I got a tip of the spoon add on. Gave 3 stars because the food tasted great and staff was nice. Picture is of my bowl after mixing everything. Haven’t eaten any of it yet. Brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, cheese, sour cream. Glad I got chips or I’d still be hungry. Maybe they’ve had issues with food costs. Not sure. Maybe it’s just an off day or something. YMMV.
