I tried Chipotle for the first time, I had the Chicken al pastor bowl it was good , with a good amount of food, drive thru is only for online pickup so had to go inside to order Place was clean, the service was fast and efficient. I will probably go back again

I ordered a salad with 2 honey chipotle vinaigrettes & i wanted to use a coupon i got for signing up for the app. I thought i got free chips and guac but the coupon was on for guac. Collien was the cashier. I told her it was a simple mistake & ill pay for the chips but she was so busy giving me attitude about my “entitlement” she forgot to give me my vinaigrette for my salads. How do you eat a salad without a dressing? I call chipotle support for help but oh was i wrong. Me and the rep notice on my reciept She charged me for a bowl instead of a salad so the rep said i couldnt get my meal replaced because i was lying. Collien ruined my lunch & kept my money cause she was so worried about charging me $2 for chips. I cant wait for chipotles next ecoli outbreak so they can go out of business.

For a brand new location in the middle of a business district with multiples large offices, private practices and a hospital this place is outrageously slow at lunch time. Line to the door and a single person running the whole line while cashier stands around staring off. I used to work in food and even as understanding as I am this is absolutely horrid.

My name is Bobby and I have been working in the area and have eaten at this location almost everyday for a month during lunch. I obviously Love Chipotle!! I have been very impressed with this location 3391 Renner and it’s Crew! Virginia is one of the Kitchen Managers and I am so appreciative of how she greets everyone with a Smile and a Tremendous Attitude, Virginia goes out of her way to make your experience here Amazing!! I look forward to seeing and saying Hi to Virginia and also the Cashier Lady who always has a Smile and is So Kind!! I even like to joke with them, one day I told them that a Bus had just pulled up in the back and the whole kitchen crew looked up in shock, it was a good laugh afterwards! The food here is amazing and even though I don’t know all the name’s Virginia obviously know how to Treat and Run a Kitchen Crew and the Food and Service is Proof if that!!

The entire place was well kept and the staff were extremely friendly and looked like they were working really hard. One member in particular stood out, Stephanie. I have never met an employee that was as nice as her!!! She made sure we got everything ok and fixed any complications so fast, she deserves a raise. I want to keep coming back just so my friends and I can say hi to her. She’s absolutely fantastic, best Chipotle by far. 🙂

Location with drive-through, indoor and outdoor seating. Busy during lunch. Food and service were good. However, staff offered a free meal to a homeless person while at the restaurant; it’s good they are offering to help someone in need, but they were rather odorous and put me off my meal. Have mixed feelings about a repeat visit.

pathetic for a location that just opened, when i got home and opened my bowl there was barley enough rice to feed a CHILD!! I was shocked and so upset. Only order in person and ask for extra rice because who ever made this bowl was STINGY.
