It’s really disappointing to check the hours of a location says that they are open till 11:00 p.m. verified by the business one week ago to walk in at 10:15 and not only be ignored but the entire place is being cleaned and you are bothering the staff. He could not be any more obvious that they do not want you to come in at this time

I normally love Chipotle, but this location misses the mark. Don’t even bother ordering ahead because it’s going to take forever every time, just go through the line. They barely give you any food in your bowl also, if I’m spending $10+ on a bowl it should not look like a kids bowl. They need to do better at this location.

Staff needs to wake up and work better or go do something else with their lifes. For as expensive as this food is you’d think the staff would act like they care instead of how terrible their lives are. Honestly everyone in there (Lewisville) looked like they were ready to fight. I didn’t tell you to skip class or not do your homework. Do better or life will only get worse. Food is okay, prices are terrible. I blame Joe Biden, but the staff here needs to take some of the ownership. Chipotle is my life is slowly dying in me because of this location.

I have always had a great experience when it comes to Chipotle. Usually the only things that kills it for me is cleanliness, items stocked, wait time and quantities and quality of food served as well and service. I’d say this location is pretty good in all except quantity. This location gives slightly less portions in protein and all other toppings. Not sure why… But they’re consistent at it. Otherwise, its pretty good.
