I ordered 2 Chicken Burrito Bowls in the App. 1 bowl was supposed to come with extra meat. I used the Chipotlane (drive thru) to pick up my food. Two of the employees were taking selfies before they came to the window. He handed me my bag and didn’t say a word. At my house we discovered the portion sizes were about half of what they should have been. Towards the end of the food in my bowl I bit into a piece of chicken that I believe was raw. I hope I don’t get sick.

1st visit to this new location (used to be Boston Market but you can’t tell). They are really fast getting orders made and you out the door or eating inside. Drive-thru is only for called ahead/text orders. No ordering in the drive-thru. Great food and plenty of leftovers for us.

Got chicken bowl with white rice and it was super salty and went to the server, she asked what do I want to do, I asked for replacement and she said all white rice is same, even though a new batch was being prepared and suggested to get brown rice. And my replacement only included brown rice, no chicken, no veggie, paid extra for queso. Horrible horrible food and customer service.

Our order never arrived even though when we inquired we were told the order was delivered. It was not a big concern to the restaurant. The said they would get us a refund. We had persons that we were going to serve. What an embarrassment. Not sure I will order again.

Second time having bad service at the location. Not just tiny portions but left off two ingredients entirely. Placed in the tacos sloppily. I won’t go back to this location. To corporate’s credit though they did refund me for this.
