Large order for 10+ people . Chips were old, ordered extra steak on a bowl and they didn’t do that. 3 of the bowls were made incorrectly. Called to let them know and manager said he needed pictures of what was missed from the order . Quality of food was bad. Don’t expect freshness.

Visited for lunch. Very disappointed in food quality and quantity. The bowl was made very skimpy. I ordered barbacoa and hardly got any meat! Even the beans and rice were light. If I wanted a vegetarian dish I would have ordered one. The food preparer was a young tall man with glasses he was very polite but his hand is too lite on the portions. I spent $16 for a bowl soda and chips and walked out hungry still! It’s very sad….eating out is a treat for most of us due to the cost and when we spend our money we want a good value and this frankly a rip off…..

I love Chipotle the food is always hot, fresh, tasty & plenty of options for your meal. I will admit that in my opinion that some stores are better than others but in OKC I recommend the one @ 14221 N Penn I’ve never had a bad meal there love their chips & guacamole too but it would be helpful for them to clean their tables & floors more regularly & they don’t have a lot of seating options!

Super slow service. They tore my burrito then dumped it on a different tortilla so most of my queso was gone. They managed to do the same to my coworker. I know oklahoma chipotle sucks compared to the west coast but this is the worst location. Shut this place down.

The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was also fantastic, but the food, however, left me disappointed. Immediately after biting into my burrito, I regretted it. I’ve had better burritos at the taco trucks on the side of the road. I purchased chips and queso as well. It has thinned out and didn’t taste like it has in the past. Maybe I went on the wrong day

I used to frequently eat at Chipotle. But I have not been in several years Price has definitely gone way up. For my daughter and I the food wasn’t very good. We both ordered burrito bowls. Mine more than hers was very watery. Once the sour cream and queso blended with the excess juice from the Pico de Gallo. It was very much more like a soup. The barbacoa was lacking in flavor and there wasn’t enough to consider returning to that location. 1 individual behind the counter greeted us, the rest weren’t all that friendly. Personally we were not impressed with the service and lack of quality.

Service was good. As we all know the “restrictions “ Chipotle has been putting on the meat serve size, I didn’t feel compelled to ask for a “little more”. Super tasting and the staff were working their butts off!
