Poor example of a Chipotle. Been here a few times so I guess I don’t learn. Last time they spilled half of my burrito on the counter, wrapped it in foil, and dropped it in the bag anyways. Had to get a bowl, fork, and knife to eat it.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle for a while. I was the only customer at 11:10 am. I ordered a quesadilla and was informed they were online only. Dumbest thing I ever heard! I couldn’t get my App to load so no quesadilla for me. Even the staff thought it was dumb and they didn’t like the rule. I won’t return.

Was crazy busy when I arrived. Line was moving slow but service was good and the food was also good. For a drink I tried to get tea but the spigot fell off and tea poured out all over the floor. The problem was fixed but decided to get something else to drink.

Did I order a cup or a bowl??!!! I came here for lunch one day and a new worker served me this. Are you serious right now?? I can’t believe this happened to me, I was in awe! And for the cherry on top they done give out water cups so I had to buy a drink cup which was an additional $3. I paid $14 for a disappointing “meal”. This is atrocious!!!!!

Poor service. As a vegetarian, i asked for guacamole and they said they were out; however, they had some for mobile orders. So if we had just ordered online we would have gotten guacamole. Do not go to this chipotle, you will most definitely have a poor experience.

Several problems in one… did a mobile order because I was in a rush. Arrived and found that people came in, ordered and left while I was still waiting on my mobile order. They were also out of lettuce. Completely shocked by the tiny portion size. Put that I was dissatisfied on the mobile order and I would like to be contacted, that consisted of a generic email which didn’t even acknowledge what I had put in the app. They should not even make it an option to be contacted if they don’t contact you.
