Ordered a chicken salad and burrito bowl +steak. This is what we got….smh. No napkins, no forks, 1/4 container of some dressing….smh. TERRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love Chipotle. The service is good here, but when you go in the evenings they are always out of a lot of menu options. I went 2 evenings in a row around 7:30 – 8:pm. They were out of both chicken entrees, guac, chips, pinto beans, white rice, taco shells, fajita veggies & tomatoes. I worked in restaurants for many years & they need to do a better job of prepping for their dinner guests & understanding their dinner guest volume. That is entirely too many items to be out of at one time – consistently. The food is good when available. I ended up getting the steak because I don’t eat pork. It was rubbery & no flavor. I didn’t enjoy it at all. But the staff is friendly & work quickly to get your order prepped.

Not sure what’s going on at this location but the customer service has gotten bad. I placed an order for a salad (talking on my work phone which was my fault and I did apologize) the lady gave me the lettuce for a salad and I asked for the shredded lettuce and apologized for my talking on the phone. Her response was well you need to let me know ahead of time because when you say salad, this is the lettuce for it. Understandable, but the workers in the past would ask, would you like shredded or salad lettuce. Ok fine. I asked for 2 of the salad dressings and I was told that was the only one. My only issue with this is, my visit last week I was told the same thing but was told something different by another worker. I eat here maybe once or twice a week, but the last few weeks the employees have not been so friendly. I work with people for my job and provide customer service. Today, I’m eating Moe’s and will give the other Chipotle location a try for next time.

Well. . . .this is the 3rd time I went and the Air Conditioner was out, all 3 times. As far as the food, meat was cold and just didn’t have the taste. 3 of us ate and the price was $52.00. . .I expected more, all 3 times. Don’t think I will be going back.

Will no longer be ordering from Chipotle ever again. Rice isn’t cooked, inedible, beans were extremely salted, chicken was burnt.. How can you serve this to someone? Whoever the cook is, needs to be replaced or do a better job at making sure things are cooked properly and are edible before serving it to anyone. My dogs can’t even eat this.

Found a roach here as I was getting my drink to go, and I asked for a refund from the customer service and they don’t want to give it to me.. I’ve never had issues with chipotle until now and don’t want to eat here anymore because of all this fuss.. it’s super unfortunate. I have a picture of my receipt as well and they still didn’t want to accept that.

Don’t go in the evening. My husband went to pick our food up and it wasn’t ready. Once the order was ready the order was not complete because they didn’t have chips to go with the guacamole that we ordered and paid extra for. Cashier advised my husband to go thru the app for a refund. He made it home with our food and the bowls were not what we expected. The rice was hard the chicken was half burnt and there was very little sour cream in the bowls, hardly none. Paid extra for a tortilla that I couldn’t even chew. The customer service was horrible. If we go back we will try during lunch.
