I went in to get a pickup order At around 5:45. I left at 6:19 empty handed. The pickup shelf had the same order sitting in their shelf as I left. In that timespan only one pick up order was placed on the shelf. Employees are very rude. I said hello to a couple of workers and they just looked at me and walked off. Tables were a mess. Littered with trash. This was a horrible expressive

Service was great. The guy serving us was tatted up and I think that’s great! It’s important to me that no one is judged. I love seeing people with all styles making a living and he was so quick but very patient with us. We had a big family coming through. The food was good and fresh. Again service was amazing we will definitely recommend and be back.

The food is good, but I always enjoy Chipotle food as we don’t have one in our area. The staff were indifferent. They weren’t rude, but they weren’t friendly either. The reason for 2 stars is because there is no baby changing station in the restroom. Until that issue is corrected, we won’t be back to this location.

It’s either a hit or miss here. The portion size is very small and most of the employees had nasty attitudes. I can tell that they are not happy with the job because it flex’s on how they treat their customers. This isn’t a one time thing they’re mostly always like this when I come to order food. They also need to make sure the chips are fresh because they have been stale the last couple of times I order them

Unfortunately this place is poorly managed. The employees are clearly overwhelmed. They don’t know how to manage all of the incoming app orders with the walk in customers. I am going to just stop coming. I have been waiting for an order for over 30 mins AFTER the app told me it was ready for pick up. This is everyday. I come here 3 times a week. I feel bad for the employees. They don’t have any clear leadership help. Just kids. I am not coming back.

I used the app for the first time so that I could try the quesadillas. When I got there they could not find my order. I was told it was either taken or given to someone else. I was told they would have to make it again. I watch the person making my order throw everything together. This was evident by the half wrapped burrito in my bag when we got home. The last thing that happened was when I asked the person who handed me my bag for two vinaigrettes. Another employee handed them to me. They were then taken out of my hand, as I was told I needed to pay for them. Paying for them is not an issue, but being a manager of a company that works in customer service. If I lost my customer’s food and I made him wait 20 mins while I refixed it. I would not be taking anything out of their hands, asking them to pay for it.

Food is mediocre and the customer service is horrible. To Go orders are never ready within a reasonable time period, They don’t acknowledge you when picking up a to go order and they genuinely seem unhappy with their jobs. Management either needs to step it up to create a better work environment or get employees that enjoy working.
