I haven’t eaten Chipotle in years. Today I stopped in. I got a chicken burrito with white rice, pinto beans, corn, salsa, onion, sour cream, and cheese. I also tried the organic watermelon limeade. The food and the service was superior. I never like to say bad things about places but it was very dirty. There were no clean tables and the trash was over flowing bad. I do realize however it was the weekend and peak lunch time and they were training a new person so I will chalk it up to that. Otherwise it was a pleasant lunch

It was so clean and friendly with a Panda Express style assembly line. Everyone was very kind and helpful offering they’re personal favorites and suggestions even flavor descriptions since it was my first time visiting chipotle. Gotta say I’m a lifetime customer now. I ordered the Al Pastor chicken bowl with white rice, pinto beans, queso, pico, and lots of trimmings. Sweet, spicy, crisp, and FRESH!!!!

Lets start with the positive. The food is really good sometimes they are out of things but that’s the world we live in now. I normally get the bowl and try different proteins each time. They are all really good but I highly recommend the new chicken and steak. Only con I see. Is this location really needs a major cleaning. The staff needs to learn how to interact with customers a little bit better but they’re okay. I would recommend the food and take it home instead of sitting in the waiting room.

Only posting about the Hammond, LA location. I love Chipotle otherwise. I have met some horrible managers in my time but this manager takes the cake for stupidity. They had the dine in line closed but had the drive-thru line open. They wouldn’t allow customers to order inside since the drive thru line was 5 feet from the dine in line. So if you want food inside, you had to order thru the app. Needless to say they lost a lot of customers over this stupidity.

It’s definitely a hit or miss. I always come here for the steak quesadilla majority of the time it’s made correctly, but twice I’ve had the wrong order, twice I got pollo asado with no cheese. Who makes a quesadilla with no cheese and doesn’t know the difference between steak and chicken. I’m going to the Baton Rouge location for now on , it’ll probably be worth the drive

Very disappointed. We came in at 7:45 pm and when I asked for white rice for my bowl they said they were completely out for the night and tried to get me to order the brown rice. One minute later, they come out with the white rice… and then they had half of a container of chicken on the line and right before we ordered an employee took the chicken. When we ordered chicken they said they were completely out for the rest of the night… but I just saw half a pan with my own eyes. Idk what the situation was, whether it was miscommunication or something else. But, how can you say you’re completely out of something when I just saw it. And then take it the second I’m about to order. I work in the restaurant business, so I understand being out of product. But don’t lie about it, very disappointed.

PLASTIC? Choked on plastic in my burrito bowl. Photos attached. Also choked on a pepper (I didn’t order peppers, for your information) and am glad I don’t have a pepper allergy. It made me super sick as it was insanely spicy, but it seems like this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also attaching photos of one of the two peppers (found another one in my bowl after choking on the first one) and my order photo to show I didn’t order peppers.

I must have caught them on a bad day bit really bland and leftover taste. Forgot the salsa so there went the main ingredient. Seemed to be missing seasoning. Well, was not bad at all but wished I had just got a burger or microwave rice.

Though their food is absolutely delicious and moderately priced, the portions are always on either end of the scale. Today I got a burrito bowl and it was almost overflowing, as anyone would like, however, just two nights ago I ordered the same thing and it wasn’t even 1/4 full. I’m not suggesting to not go there, but definitely watch them make your food to make sure you don’t get gyped.
