I along with 8 customers are currently waiting outside in 95 degree heat. The store was supposed to open at 10:45am and it is currently 11:30. I understand that there are procedures that you need to follow as a store, but for one knowing that it is a major heat advisory in the city for the last several weeks, along with zero communication about status updates or how soon it would be before someone was able to let us in is beyond Beneath what customer service should be. Instead we customers were not only ignored, but laughed at, and had the doors locked in our faces with no communication by the staff. I am beyond furious.

Absolutely DESTROYED my stomach! This was the only full meal I had all day so there’s no way I can blame anything else. Also hurt my wife’s stomach and we have very different dietary reactions normally. Not the first time this has happened either. I don’t know what they do to their food but Chipotle is the only burrito I’ve ever had that just makes me feel like I might die that day. Now, just to be clear, this review is about a BURRITO! Okay? I didn’t order a diaper filled with radioactive baby poop. We’re talking about rice, meat and some vegetables wrapped in a sheet made of flour. You know, basic health food edible by pretty much all people for centuries. This is obviously poisoned somehow along the process! Listen to your body! Don’t eat at Chipotle!

12pm so it was lunch time, 5 workers up front 6 in the back, tortillas ripping, over served rice, cashier and helper talking bad about obviously NEW employee who was slow on wrapping burritos. My burrito ended up falling apart I threw all the food I bought and wasted my 30 dollars.

Great customer service, we got the food quick hot and fast. The chicken bowl was delicious, he got the steak burrito loved it and ordered another to go. Definitely recommend coming here especially after lifting.

Very poor customer service. A male and a female behind the counter completely ignored me. Even the person at the register just stared/ignored. Even if wasn’t their job at the moment they could’ve at least said someone will be with you. Or called someone who was talking the orders. I had to wait until someone came from the back to finally take my order.
