I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. 30+ minutes for food. Long lines for online and in store. Wrong orders made and missing items. Management won’t come from the back of the business to help deal with customers and employees seem like they’re in a daze. I will never come back here or recommend this location to anyone. Watched 7 people leave without ordering in the time I sat there. Save your time and go elsewhere like they did.

I’ve never been to this location but I needed a fast and cheap lunch on a busy day so I placed an order online to pick up. I can usually rely on the sofritas and veggies as someone that doesn’t eat meat. One of the sides I ordered was missing entirely and the veggies had giant chunks of meat mixed in. Mistakes totally happen but this seems like pure negligence.

Placed an order on the Chipotle app, did not receive chips and guac, not did I get most of the things I ordered for my bowl. What I got was just steak ride and 50% cheese. This sad bowl is nothing like what I ordered. Chipotle offered a complimentary chips and guac when I provided feedback but did nothing to address the poor meal I received. Will not be ordering Chipotle delivery again and will not go to this location.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I ordered off the app at 12:20pm. The app specified 12:30pm pickup. At 12:32 I recieved a message saying my order was ready at the pickup shelves. There were no bags at the shelves. I asked the cashier were my order was. She goes back to the back comes back with my order I open it up at the burrito is not wrapped in foil and is messy. I give it back and say this needs to be remade. Terrible service and will never come back.

I rated it 1 star before, but then came back. How dumb of me. I ordered online to make it more efficient. They said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I am still standing in the lobby. This is entirely on Chipotle Corporate. They pay their staff pennies on the dollar to bring in millions. Get it together, bc all you produce is a disgruntled workforce, and unhappy guests.

Food was not that great especially for a $17 bowl. They barely put any meat in the bowl so it’s mostly all rice and beans. Not a lot of toppings to choose from. First time eating at a chipotle and definitely will be my last. Very overpriced for basically rice. Horrible experience

They never have salad dressing for their salads. I got here at 4pm after work and they had none for the entire rest of the day. Super disappointing and truly want a refund and accreditation for the lack of consideration for people who want something healthy.
