Sadly I will not be returning to this location. They were out of receipt paper and as a result I cannot enter my points into the app. They were low on barbacoa which means I got less than the average small scoop they give. No coke a cola and the restaurant was very dirty. I contacted the chat support using the app only for the representative to end the chat without resolving my issue. I will not return to this location and will be contacting the GM and 1800- chipotle number to voice my concerns. Sadly the staff needs more training on how to resolve customer issues.

Never going here again ! This “Kids” had Rap Music blasted on top of the restaurant music, the counter was filled with food, super gross and they forgot to give me my Guac but they sure charged me for it. The food didn’t taste good and I was just disappointed. Mehhh !

As an avid Chipotle fan, this location is always hit and miss. Sometimes I get a lot and the next time I get very little even if it’s the same order. Multiple times my online order has been cold as well. I still really like their food but when it comes to quality it is definitely not up-to-par as many of the other Omaha locations.

This location has plummeted downhill. The last two times I’ve gone in there is zero visible management, the line is out of some key ingredient with no estimated restock time, and there is zero communication of what is going on. Considering it’s a chain it should adhere to some semblance of a standard, don’t come here unless you have tremendous patience and are flexible to whatever is available at the moment…

Literally the worst Chipotle experience we’ve ever had. We chose to go there as it should be consistent and delicious as usual. However, they were out of multiple ingredients, including salad lettuce, pico, salad dressing, and more. After subbing the salad lettuce for the shredded lettuce at the end, and making the entire rest of the salad, they discovered there was no dressings. Beyond that, their customer service about the situation was absolutely terrible, and they did nothing to try to remedy it. They then rang us up incorrectly and included additional meals we didn’t have. From top to bottom, it was a hot mess in there. Chipotle should be ashamed.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, I mean first of all I tell the guy what I want to eat I say “I’ll take a rap” then he pull out a bowl and says “what do you want for sides?” Unreal, then he finally gets the tortilla, I say I want chicken, puts the smallest amount of chicken possible on it, LOADS IT with rice. I ask for more chicken, then he puts like 6 small pieces on it. All in all, my wrap was like only 20 percent chicken. Then we get a side of nachos, these chips are so stale to the point where they’re chewy, the only good thing was the queso. Do not eat at this establishment.

Picked up my food and some apparently brainless worker decided to mike tyson my burrito bowl, leaked all over the car and when i called to ask about it and inform them, i was hung up on as soon as i said what my concern was. Terrible location piloted by snobby ignorant kids. The direct reason no fast food should make 15/hr. Its obvious these peoplw dont care about their job as they dont need the paycheck. And never again am i expecting an affluent area to care at all about service.

Couldn’t get my order across over the explicit music blasting over the speakers. The line was covered in spilled food and was dirty. No one was there to take our order for a good 10 minutes while no one was in line. Seemed like there wasn’t a manager present but plenty teenagers having a seemingly great time not working. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a restaurant so out of control before. I have so many questions lol
