Came here @ 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. 1/2 the ingredients were out. No mild, corn, black beans, white rice or steak. They just said we’re out and they didn’t make enough….. with 2 hours left until close. The place was a mess. Check out the pics.

The worst Chipotle in Topeka. We were thrilled to support one of our favorite restaurants’ grand opening in North Topeka. We ordered a chicken burrito and barbecoa burrito, chips and queso. Chips = stale, Queso = watered down. I received a sofrita burrito with so much seasoning it was unbearable to eat, missing sour cream and brown rice instead of white and no cheese. My wife received barbecoa instead of chicken and there was so little meat it was hard to identify which only left brown rice instead of white, beans and cheese. The way they prepared it was like a greasy burrito of mush. We’ll stick to the Westside instead.

After reading the initial reviews, I almost didn’t go to this location. I am so glad I changed my mind and decided to try. I am gluten sensitive and upon telling the man working he immediately washed his hands and changed his gloves. He went and got new utensils for every tub that he used utensils, and also pulled out new tubs of every topping that they put on by hand with gloves on like lettuce and the shredded cheese. Great experience at this location and great attention to detail for food allergy sensitivities by the young man working.

An absolute disgrace of a restaurant. The service is so bad it makes you question how safe the food can be. Always out of at least one core ingredient. Staff is unbelievably slow and rude, they make a game out of; “how high can I be and still come to work.” Dining room and drink stations are filthy and the store is always understaffed. Do not order online, make sure you can watch your food getting prepared here. The drive thru idea is a failed experiment. Make sure you have enough gas to be parked for 45 minutes. You can literally go to a full sit-down restaurant in the time it takes 3 cars to use the drive thru. They should honestly just bulldoze the entire thing because of the damage its doing to the reputation of the chain.

I’ve tried so hard to give this place so many chances. It is just the absolute worst staffed, slowest, Chipotle ever. I order my Chipotlane food online 30 minutes in advance of when I arrive and they still haven’t even started it by the time I get here. When I go inside in person, it is a 20-30 minute wait even if just 1 or 2 people are in line. They need a significant amount of training. I doubt this location lasts long

Accidentally ordered at this location on DoorDash, my order came 100% incorrect. I’ve had so many issues with this location in person & through online orders. They charged for every side you get, even if it’s a topping. The kitchen, which is very visible to the public, is ALWAYS dirty. 100% will never get my business again which sucks since they are closest to me & i was very excited to hear they were opening so close to me. I wish i could do 0 stars because they don’t even deserve 1.

Absolutely love this place amazing service great workers food always hot and available everything cooked to perfection. Service is very fast even if the line is long in and out within 10 to 15 min. Workers are super nice and helpful would recommend coming here over any chipotle in Topeka.

I got a bowl and my fiancé got a burrito, let me just say it was packed and the burrito wasn’t properly packed right food was falling out of it along with the aluminum foil being open and not wrapped correctly. My bowl was smashed and open it up and foot piled up to the rim and cold .. I had to reheat our food back up and this cost me almost 50 bucks … not happy and this is our first time going here since it opened … I don’t know if I’ll be back for awhile

Stand in line for 15 mins and a lady comes from the back and says I am sorry we are going to stop making burritos now. We are way behind and our systems have been down? What? Not stop people from coming in and standing in line. We just stop when someone gets to the order place. What a joke second time at this location second time very disappointed. Should have stuck to one location in topeka.
