My food was decent kind of cold. I ordered queso and didn’t get it. I went to grab it and the guy at the register got mad and took another order before getting it. I then went back to order chips since I wasn’t aware that they didn’t come with it and offered to pay for it but he got mad again and said that I have to pay. I simply stated yes that’s not a problem I just need some chips. I paid for it and again he took two more orders before getting them and when he went to hand them to me he threw them down on the counter and said bye. Simply just terrible customer service.

I asked if I could have a refill since other Chipotle stores allow free refills. The employee was super rude about it and charged an absurd amount for a refill. Never coming back here again.

Had an online order and showed up two minutes before pickup to find that they hadn’t even started it. The cashier gave me a free drink and the manager got people from the back and they managed to get the entire 5 person order done only a couple minutes later then the original pickup time. They also got it correct!

Staff doesn’t open store at a scheduled time, and its a different excuse every time. This is the third time in a month I’ve tried to eat here but they aren’t open well after 11:00a, sometimes approaching 12. You can actually see the employees sitting in the back looking at their phones while all other restaurants in the food court are open. Management should consider changing procedures if they can’t get staff to execute basic restaurant duties.

I am absolutely so disgusted with this place. Here I am eating my burrito bowl and lo and behold there is a bug in my bowl of food. I have eaten Chipotle for years and never had any problems before until I went to this particular Chipotle. So beyond upset. I will not be eating there again.

I have been here many times. The service is fast and i like the grilled chicken from Chipotle (non-gmo and far better that other fast-food chains). Once I ordered online but they put couple of wrong items in the bowl . When i called them ,they apologized and offered replacement that was a good gesture. So, just make sure by checking it before you leave to avoid another trip!
