I really wish I could give a good review. The staff are phenomenal and should get 5 stars. And everything was fine for a few months after opening. But after that the meat (particularly the chicken) got really bizarre and consistently had issues making me not want to eat it. I ended up feeding multiple meals to my dogs. This is the same issue at the other Chipotle down the street. I’m not sure if it’s a local supply issue or if Chipotle as a whole has just changed their approach, because I never once encountered this at Chipotles on the east coast.

Came in at 10:16pm, as a family was walking out, only to be met with upset employees. Three of them were shouting at the employee closest to the door to lock it… I was unaware that Chipotle closed 10ish minutes before their posted time, but my husband and I asked if we should just leave, and they all replied with a variation of “yes, please, thank god.” So we did, but never have I felt so confused about the behavior of these employees whose job it is to service customers?? Anyways, it would be easier to change your hours if you actually don’t serve up until 10:30pm, and choose to to be rude about it…

We went to this location for a fundraiser. None of the staff knew how to enter the code on the flyer with their address on it and kept my receipt to have the boss fix it later. Then my son got sick in their bathroom from the chocolate milk with his kids meal. I smelled it and it was for sure spoiled. It was not expired so it must have been mishandled. I will for sure not return.

Very strange experience. I have had carryout a few times from this location and the food was fine. I decided to eat inside today and that was a mistake. They were out of white rice so an employee goes back to grab another container and two of the employees discuss how “crusty” and “old” the rice looked as they were preparing it. They thought that it might be expired, but they had no date on when it was made so they were going to serve it to me. I declined after overhearing their conversation. Weirder still, the employees were playing personal music over a JBL speaker that was super derogatory and full of curse words. Kids in the dining area and their speaker is playing a slew of curse words. So I guess if you go here, don’t go inside and order on the app instead so you don’t “see how the sausage is made” because you won’t want to return.

New Chipotle but customer service is definitely out the window still there for 1 minute straight before somebody said what do I want to eat. you cannot get anybody in this store to smile let alone smile while talking to a customer. Ordered a burrito but I wanted it in the bowl to go but they charged me for the tortilla. makes sense

My order wasn’t ready then they didn’t give me my 2 orders orf guacamole and sour cream on the side. The queso dip I ordered was so burnt you could smell it when you opened it. There were chunks of hard rice in both bowls…

I’ve been there twice now and both times they said they didn’t have ANY plain rice (brown or white). As someone who cannot eat cilantro because it will make my whole bowl taste like it was drowned in Dawn dish soap, this is kind of a big deal. I get they may be out occasionally when it’s busy, but both times they acted like I was insane for even asking and the second time they didn’t even check, just said they didn’t have any. They were incredibly slow Both times we went, so it’s not like they ran out. In the last 5-6 years I’ve been eating at chipotle, this has NEVER happened (Where they were out of BOTH), so the fact that it’s happened 2/2 times at this location really says a lot.

I have tried to give this location a chance a couple of times yet each time it’s the same: a fight to get fixings , it’s a struggle to even get what I’m paying for!!! I shouldn’t have to pay for “extra” when I’m not even getting what is included in the cost. *I will say the chicken and steak havegreat flavor, and it’s hot but this crew wants all the food for themselves
