Like most of the other reviews for this location, staff were not friendly. I ordered pickup on the Chipotle app. The order status goes from received to ready for pick up, no in between. There is no pick up shelf, unless the app is referring to the shelf behind the counter. Other than logistics, the food was fine.

The Union busting stuff was out of line for Chipotle and the reason I refused to return after my maternity leave. That and the change in management I immediately heard was too toxic. Natasha or whatever her name is has never been anything but rude and fussy whenever I see her. German if you’re reading this I hope you get fired and you’re never able to take a leadership position ever again. He once rudely stopped me from giving a homeless man a small side of cheese and a small bag of chips. You’re not management worthy.

I have been going to this chipotle for years and usually the staff is all cheerful and happy, always super helpful and kind. I guess they got a new manager, Natasha… over the last couple times i’ve gone i’ve seen her publicly embarrass her workers and call them out for very minuscule things in front of costumers which clearly means she lacks leadership and or the experience needed to manage. Since i’ve noticed her there the workers do not seem to like their jobs anymore, I can tell they are struggling to deal with her.

Had some really fatty chunks of steak today, which I have never had this issue at this location or others. Today, most pieces were down right challenging to chew while others were pure chunks of fat and truly impossible for me to eat. The chips also tasted rather stale. Unpleasant, but I know this is not the typical experience. Normally I would give a 5 star, but today it’s a 3. I did get a nice portion of guacamole so that helped the score move up from a 2!

Got my usual, chicken bowl with rice, beans, cheese, corn, salsa, lettuce. I was so hungry for some Chipotle, until I had my first few bites. Chicken was cold even though it was a five minute drive from the location to my house. Plus, there were a few bites that looked like chicken but turned out to be rubbery cartilage. It was also very bland as well like they forgot seasoning.
