Check your orders for accuracy. This Chipotle is near my house, so I go here semi regularly. Tonight, my mobile order looked correct in the bag, but I discovered it was prepared incorrectly when I got home. Wrong toppings – some added when not ordered in this case. It caused my wife to discard most of her meal as she found it unpalatable as prepared. Quality of toppings in my burrito were also lacking today. Last time I ordered here, I asked for guacamole topping on my entrée, which you pay extra to get. It was missing. Seems like accuracy of orders is becoming a trend in my experience, especially when ordering ahead. May be forced to forego the convenience of mobile ordering and go through the regular line to ensure accurate orders in the future.

My coworkers and I order Chipotle at least one Monday a month together (maybe more!), and we love this location! We found out it’s $1-$2 cheaper per meal than the other State Line Chipotle, and they’ve always got high quality ingredients.

The food was so good & friendly service, but I will say my 2 bags of chips were stale. That’s happened before & for $5 for some chips & cheese. I really wish they made sure they always tasted like fresh chips! Other than that, no complaints.

This has been the best restaurant I can think of in regard to the freshness of the food, the portion size, and the healthier options. It’s also a pretty efficient process to order. You go in, tell them if you want a burrito, a bowl, or a salad. I prefer the bowl because I can eat half and save for later. Their selections of protein choices are all awesome. Highly recommend the Barbacoa.

I Ordered through the app, on Friday, June 2, 2023 at approximately 5:07 PM. Picked up at 5:20 PM and my burrito bowls have about a third less of food in them that they usually do. I guess I’ll have to start ordering in store instead of through the app from here on out..
